Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.各々が複数のコンピュータを有する、1つのローカルエリアネットワーク又 は相互接続された複数のローカルエリアネットワークにおける複数のコンピュー タからなるコンピュータシステムの動作を監視かつ変更する装置において、 コンピュータシステムで実行可能でありかつその実行が監視されるべき各プログ ラム(4)中の少なくとも1つの事象報告発生器(9)と、 それの実行中監視されるプログラム中の事象報告発生器で報告される事象を、前 記事象処理機に含まれ、かつ一定の事象を予め決められた処置と関連させるルー ルベースであって、前記報告される事象と関連した処置を決定するルールベース (16)により処理する事象処理機(15)と、 前記事象処理機で制御され、前記事象処理機で決定された処置を実行するように 適合された道具(18)と、 監視されるプログラム中の事象報告発生器で報告される事象に関する情報を事象 処理機に転送すると共に、コンピュータシステムの変更又は始動のために、前記 事象と関連した処置に関するメッセージを、前記事象処理機から、任意に他の事 象処理機を経由しかつそれで処理するために、前記コンピュータシステムで実行 可能なプログラムに転送するためのインターフェースとを具備することを特徴と する装置。 2.請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置において、前記インターフェース(13)に 直接接続されると共に、事象処理機(15)に転送される、報告される事象の数 を制限するように適合されたフィルタ(14)を特徴とする装置。 3.請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の装置において、前記事象処理機(15 )は内部状態装置(17)を含み、前記ルールベース(16)は、一定の事象を 、前記内部状態装置の瞬間状態によって決まる予め決められた処置と関連させる ように適合されることを特徴とする装置。 4.請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記事象処 理機(15)で制御される道具は、報告される事象の記録(18)のための及び /又は報告される事象をコンピュータシステムの支配的部分に転送する手段を含 むことを特徴とする装置。 5.請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のいずれかに記載の装置において、前記事象処 理機(15)は、前記事象処理機(15)で受け取った、報告される事象に応じ て、及び/又は予め決められた処置に応じて、内部状態装置(17)及び/又は ルールベース(16)及び/又はフィルタ(14)を変更するように適合される ことを特徴とする装置。 6.各々が複数のコンピュータを有する、1つのローカルエリアネットワーク又 は相互接続された複数のローカルエリアネットワークにおける複数のコンピュー タからなるコンピュータシステムの動作を監視かつ変更する方法において、 コンピュータシステムで実行可能でありかつその実行が監視されるべき各プログ ラム中に、少なくとも1つの事象報告発生器を組み入れる工程と、一定の事象を 予め決められた処置と関連させるルールベースにより、前記報告される事象と関 連した処置を決定する工程と、 少なくとも、コンピュータシステムの変更又は始動のために、コンピュータシス テムで実行可能なプログラムにメッセージを伝送する形で、前記決定された処置 を実行する工程とを具備することを特徴とする方法。 7.請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法において、前記処置は、単に、報告時期を除 いて同一な報告される事象のいくつかのために決定されることを特徴とする方法 。 8.請求の範囲第6又は第7項に記載の方法において、一定の事象と関連した処 置は、前記事象自身のパラメータ以外のパラメータに依存して同様に行なわれる ことを特徴とする方法。 9.請求の範囲第6項乃至第8項のいずれかに記載の方法において、実行される 処置は、報告される事象の記録及び/又はコンピュータシステムの支配的部分へ の報告される事象の転送も含むことを特徴とする方法。 10.請求の範囲第8項又は第9項に記載の方法において、ルールベース及び/ 又は前記他のパラメータは、報告される事象に応じて変更せしめられることを特 徴とする方法。
