Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ユーザが吸入器を通して吸息するときの低圧に応答するトランスミッタエレ メントと、該トランスミッタエレメントに作動的に連結される切換え装置とを有 する、呼吸と同期して吸入器の機械的切換え作動を開始させる装置において、前 記トランスミッタエレメントは縁部の周囲がクランプされた可撓性のある膜(4 7)であり、該膜(47)はユーザが吸息するときの主空気流の流路の外部で吸 入器内に組み込まれており、前記膜の一方の側は周囲の空気に連通し、他方の側 は吸入器を通してユーザが吸息するときに生じる低圧の作用を受け、前記膜(4 7)は関連する作動エレメント(50)を備え、該作動エレメント(50)は切 換え装置(13、19c、22)の作動機構(45、46)に作動的に連結され ていることを特徴とする装置。 2.膜チャンバ(48)が設けられており、該膜チャンバ(48)はその一方の 側の境界が膜により形成され、前記膜チャンバ(48)は、前記膜(47)が低 圧に応答するときに切換え装置の切換え/作動機構(13、19c、45、46 )に作動的に連結される作動ピン(50)と関連する膜ポット(49)を収容し ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.前記切換え装置が、呼吸と同期して外部空気のパルスを発生させるポンプ( 19)を誘発し、該ポンプには、押圧力を解放するための、作動機構(46、4 6)に連結された解放可能な押圧手段(22、19c、13)が設けられており 、前記作動機構が機械的作動機構(49、50)に作動的に連結されていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の装置。 4.前記ポンプが、空気出口チャンネル(12a)を備えたポンプチャンバと、 ポンプピストン(19)とを有しており、該ポンプピストン(19)が、手動操 作によりばねの力に対向して押圧され且つ前記空気出口チャンネル(12a)か ら遠い方のポンプチャンバの側にラッチできることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3 項に記載の装置。 5.解放可能なラッチングができるようにするため、半径方向に対称的な保持ブ ラケット(19c)がポンプチャンバから遠い方のピストンの端部に取り付けら れており、前記保持ブラケットが僅かに傾斜した保持面を備えており、該保持面 は、ピストン(19)が作動ノブ(46)により引っ張られるときに、解放ノブ により拡げられる弾性的に撓むセグメントを備えた半径方向に対称的なロッキン グブラケット(13)の均等に僅かに傾斜した面と作動的に連結され、解放ノブ (46)が低圧に応答して膜(47)の作動エレメント(50)に有効に連結さ れ、これにより、膜が呼吸と同期して応答するときに作動ノブ(46)が少なく とも部分的に押し出されて、ロッキングブラケットのセグメントがもはや拡げら れなくなり、ラッチング機構をロッキングブラケット(13)から押し出すこと ができることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項に記載の装置。 6.前記解放ノブ(46)が肩突出部を備えた半径方向に厚い部分を有し、ロッ キングブラケット(13)が包囲縁部すなわちカムを有し、ピストン(19)の 押圧された状態で、前記縁部すなわちカムが前記厚い部分に当接することを特徴 とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の装置。 7.吸入器のハウジング(36、37)を備えており、該ハウジングの一端には マウスピース(11)が横方向に固定されており、前記ハウジング内には吸入す べき活性物質の計量装置(8)が収容されており、前記ハウジングの他端には、 押圧されたポンプの解放機構を備えた、低圧に応答する膜(47)が収容されて おり、前記作動可能なポンプがハウジングの中央部に配置されていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 8.低圧チャンネル(41、32a)が、マウスピース(11)から、吸入器を 通って前記膜に通じていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の装置。
