Claims (20)
- 1.シリカアクアゾル、および酸素基含有ポリマーを包含し、該シリカの表面が 金属を含むように変性され、該シリカァクアゾルがpH2.5ないし7まで脱イ オン化されていることを特徴とするバインダー組成物。
- 2.シリカアクアゾル、 酸素基含有ポリマー、および 耐火物 を包含し、該シリカの表面が金属を含むように変性され、該シリカアクアゾルが pH2.5ないし7まで脱イオン化されていることを特徴とする、インベストメ ント鋳造用型の製造に使用されるスラリー組成物。
- 3.シリカの表面の1ないし100%が金属変性されている請求項1または2記 載の組成物。
- 4.ポリマーに対するシリカの重量比が、1:1よりも大きい請求項1または2 記載の組成物。
- 5.シリカアクアゾルが、5ないし40パーセントのシリカを含む請求項1また は2記載の組成物。
- 6.酸素基含有ポリマーが、ポリ(ビニルアルコール)である請求項1または2 記載の組成物。
- 7.ポリ(ビニルアルコール)が、20,000ないし300,000の分子量 を有し、ビニルアルコールとして計算して少なくとも85重量%のアルコール基 を含有する請求項6記載の組成物。
- 8.酵素基含有ポリマーが、メチルセルロースである請求項1または2記載の組 成物。

- 19.(a)シリカアクアゾルおよび酸素基含有ポリマーを包含し、該シリカの 表面が金属を含むように変性され、該シリカアクアゾルがpH2.5ないし7ま で脱イオン化されているバインダー組成物を提供し、 (b)該バインダー組成物に耐火物を添加してスラリーを作り、 (c)所望の部品の形状を有する模型を該スラリーに浸漬し、 (d)該スラリーから該模型を引き上げて過剰のスラリーを模型から滴下除去し 、 (e)該湿潤模型を耐火物でスタッコ塗布し、(f)塗布した模型を乾燥し、 (g)工程(c)ないし(f)を繰り返して模型の回りに所望厚さのシェルを形 成し、 (h)該シェルから模型を取り出し、および(i)シェルを焼成してシェルから ポリマーまたは模型残渣を焼去する 各工程を包含する、インベストメント鋳造法に使用するシェルの製造方法。
- 20.シリカアクアゾル、 酸素基含有ポリマー、および クレー を包含し、該シリカの表面が金属を含むように変性され、該シリカアクアゾルが pH2.5ないし7まで脱イオン化されていることを特徴とする接着剤組成物。
