Claims (16)
- 1.液体を監視するための装置であって、(i)液体の資料を得るためのサンプ リング手段、(ii)発光試薬を供給するための生物または細胞の連続培養物を 提供する手段、 (iii)混合物を形成するために発光試薬が資料の少なくとも一部と接触する ことを許容する手段、および(iv)混合物から発するいかなる光も検出する検 出手段を備える。
- 2.発光試薬は、発光徴生物である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 3.資料が少なくとも2つの流れに分割され、前記流れのうち全てではないが少 なくとも1つは発光試薬によって処理されずに残る、請求項1または請求項2に 記載の装置。
- 4.液体の実質的に連続的な監視を考慮して適合している、請求項1から3に記 載の装置。
- 5.検知手段は、混合物から発せられる光と未処理の流れから発せられる光との 相違を検出することが可能である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 6.検知手段は、光検知器を備える、請求項1から5に記載の装置。
- 7.流れを連続的に分析する異なる方法を実行する手段をさらに備える、請求項 3に記載の装置。
- 8.未処理の流れを採取する採取手段をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 9.検出手段は、処理手段によって処理された場合に、予め定められた量の発光 を発する資料の部分が処理されずに採取されるように、採取手段との連絡が可能 である、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 10.少なくとも1つの未処理の流れが濃縮化のために採取され得る、請求項7 から9に記載の装置。
- 11.濃縮化は、逆浸透圧によって行われる、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 12.濃縮化は、少なくとも1つの吸着カラムを用い、プリセットされた時間に 濃縮された資料を溶離することによって行われる、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 13.オンラインで生物または細胞から発光試薬を抽出する手段をさらに備える 、請求項1から12に記載の装置。
- 14.発光試薬を抽出する手段は、伝達培養液の浸透圧モル濃度または界面活性 剤,酸,塩基または酵素のような化学試薬の付加を変化させる超音波処理を備え る、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 15.資料は、実質的に連続的な液体の流れとして得られる、請求項1から14 に記載の装置。
- 16.液体を監視するための方法であって、(i)液体の資料を得ること、 (li)発光試薬を供給するための生物または細胞の連続培養物を提供すること 、 (iii)混合物を形成するために発光試薬が資料の少なくとも一部と接触する ことを許容すること、および(iv)混合物から発するいかなる光も検出するこ とを備える。
