【考案の詳細な説明】 従来、インクリボンカセットの構造としては、第1図の
ようにカセット本体(1)内にインクリボンパンケーキ
(2)、スプール(3)、板バネ(4)、巻き取りコア(5)、スプ
ール装着用軸(6)を内蔵しており、インクリボンは板バ
ネ(4)とボス(7)の間を通り、インクリボン出口(8)とイ
ンクリボン入口(9)を経て巻き取りコア(5)に巻き取られ
る。この時、インクリボンパンケーキ(2)自身の慣性力
によってインクリボン走行停止時に過回転を起こし、弛
みが生じる。これを防止するために、板バネ(4)を用い
てインクリボンてテンションを与えていた。ところがこ
の方法では制御が完全でなく、走行中に板バネ(4)とボ
ス(7)の間のインクリボンに上下動が生じ、インクリボ
ンの折れ、しわの原因となる欠点があった。

パンケーキ(2)の回転運動を制御する事によりインクリ
ボンに安定したテンションを与え、インクリボン走行停
止時には、弛みを防止する事が可能である。
