Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （発明が属する技術分野） 本発明はコンクリート構造物用の防水シートに関するも
のである。
（発明の課題とその特徴点） 防水シートをコンクリート構造物の表面に接着剤を用い
て面接着させると、コンクリート構造物に亀裂が発生し
た場合に防水シートも切れて防水効果が損なわれる。
また、熱可塑性合成樹脂で作られたシートの表面に、石
綿、ガラス、ポリアミド等の短繊維または軽石、ヒル
石、鉱滓、ガラス等の粉体を、その一部をシートに喰い
込ませ、かつ、各繊維または粉体間に若干の間隙を設け
て付着させた既知の土木建築用の防水シート（特公昭46
-35337号公報参照）を用いると、前述の接着剤使用の場
合のような事態は発生しないが、この既知の防水シート
は、その表面に付着させた短繊維または粉体を介してコ
ンクリート体の表面に物理的に接着されるものであるた
め、必ずしも常に理想的な緊密・一体的な接着が期待で
きるとは限らない。
本発明は、シートの表面に圧接・付着させた粉体の科学
変化により、コンクリート構造物の表面に確実に緊密・
一体的状態で化学的に接着することができる防水シート
を提供することを目的としているものであって、その構
成上の特徴は特許請求の範囲に記載したとおりである。
すなわち、本発明のコンクリート構造物用の防水シート
は、熱可塑性合成樹脂シートの表面に、コンクリートの
結合材料であるセメントの粉体を圧接・付着させたこと
を特徴としているものであって、例えば、コンクリート
構造物の表面にセメントペースト層を施した後、その上
を本発明の防水シートで被覆すれば、特別に接着剤を用
いなくても、防水シートの表面に付着されているセメン
トの粉体がセメントペースト層の水分で化学変化を起こ
し、セメントペースト層と防水シートとをその間に水も
入り得ない程度に緊密・一体的に結合させることができ
る。
なお、セメントの粉体はシートの一面だけでなく両面に
付着させてもよく、両面付着のシートを用いると、前述
のセメントペースト層と一体化したシートの上に保護モ
ルタル層を施して、これとシートとを同様に緊密・一体
的に結合することができ、一層確実な防水構造が得られ
る。
（発明の具体的説明） 本発明の一実施例を示す第１図において、１は防水シー
ト、２は熱可塑性合成樹脂シート、３はセメントの粉体
であり、この防水シート１は合成樹脂シート２の一面の
みにセメントの粉体３を圧接・付着させた例である。
第１図の防水シート１の作り方を例示する第２図におい
て、４，４′は表面にゴムを被覆した挟持ロール、５は
一方の挟持ロール４の表面にセメント下の粉体３を散布
するセメント供給ホッパであり、成形機から出たばかり
の柔らかい熱可塑性合成樹脂シート２を矢印方向に回転
する挟持ロール４，４′の間に挟んで送り出すことによ
り、防水シート１を作ることができる。
この防水シート１を用いてコンクリート構造物の表面を
防水構造にするには、例えば、コンクリート構造物の表
面にセメントペースト層を施した後、直にその上をセメ
ントの粉体の付着面がセメントペースト層に接するよう
にして防水シート１で被覆すればよく、このようにする
と、防水シート１の表面に付着されているセメントの粉
体がセメントペースト層の水分で化学変化を起こし、セ
メントペースト層と防水シート１とはその表面が緊密・
一体的に結合し、確実な防水構造が得られる。
また、コンクリート構造物に亀裂が発生した場合には、
セメントの粉体は密集した点接着になっているので、亀
裂部のシートは自由に伸びることができ、亀裂状態をカ
バーして水の浸入を完全に防水することができる。
このようにして本発明の防水シートを用いて形成される
防水層は、セメントと樹脂シートとの２成分だけである
ので、表層として接着剤を用いるよりもはるかに安定性
に富む防水層になる。
（発明の効果） 本発明の防水シートは、以上のようなものであって、シ
ートの表面に圧接・付着されているセメントの粉体の化
学変化を利用してコンクリート構造物の表面に化学的に
接着されるようになっているので、シートの表面がセメ
ントペースト層と一体になって固化するため、接着剤を
用いる場合よりも遥かに安定して緊密・一体的な接着が
期待でき、シートとセメントペスト層との間には通常の
接着剤を用いた時に生ずる水みちすらできず、また、両
面付着のシートを用いれば、シートとその上下との接着
が強固なため、通常の防水で見られるように防水の保護
層が動いてパラペットを押し倒す心配な全くなく、しか
も、セメントの粒子によって全面的に密着していても、
厳密には密集した「点接着」になっているので、接着剤
を用いた時のような「面接着」と異なり、コンクリート
躯体に亀裂が発生した場合にばっさり切れることがな
く、いくらでも伸びることができるので、防水の理想で
ある密着工法を採りながら絶縁効果を実現することがで
きる。
すなわち、本発明の防水シートは、接着剤を用いること
なく、コンクリート構造物に防水上極めて有効な接着を
させることができ、有効確実な防水構造を得ることがで
きるものである。

第１図に示す防水シートの作り方の説明図である。 図中、１：防水シート、２：熱可塑性合成樹脂シート、
３：セメントの粉体、４，４′：挟持ロール、５：セメ
