この考案は、電動機の密閉型固定子鉄心に関する。

【従来の技術】
密閉型固定子鉄心は、従来一般に、図２に示すようにコアバック部２１とティ ース部２２で構成され、コアバック部２１の内径部にティース部２２を挿入して いる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の密閉型固定子鉄心においては、コアバック部２１とティース部 ２２の間の固定はティース部２２をコアバック部２１に圧入して接着剤により接 着するだけであり、長期の使用に当たって接着剤の劣化により接合力が失われる といった欠点がある。
【０００４】 本考案では、電動機の密閉型固定子鉄心において、ティース部とコアバック部 の接合を永久的に保持することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案においては、コアバック部の内径部に軸方向に連続した溝を形成し、テ ィース部の先端をコアバック部の溝に圧入して、両者の回転方向の固定を構造的 に行う。

【作用】
上記のように構成した密閉型固定子鉄心は、ティース部とコアバック部との固 定を構造的に強固に行うことができ、従来の接着による構成に比べ、その信頼性 を向上することができる。

【実施例】
図１は本考案による密閉型固定子鉄心の一例で、コアバック部１１の内径部に 軸方向に連続した溝１１ａを複数、等角間隔で設け、ティース部１２のそれぞれ の先端を、溝１１ａに圧入する。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば、上述のようにコアバック部の内径部に溝を設け、ティース部 の先端を溝に圧入することで、構造的に強固で信頼性の高い密閉型固定子鉄心を 得ることができる。
