Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 横張り用で表面材と裏面材間に芯材を一
体に形成した長尺状の乾式壁材を、長手方向に突き合わ
せて形成する縦目地の構造において、水平面状の釘打設
片と、該釘打設片の中央部を上方に2本突出して垂直片
を形成し、該垂直片によって形成される断面略U字状の
嵌合溝と、該嵌合溝内側面に突出した複数段の嵌合片と
からなる断面略逆T字状の敷目板と、短尺状の挿入片
と、該挿入片の一端縁を内方に略直角で屈曲した立ち上
がり片と、該立ち上がり片の下端を外方に略直角で屈曲
した底面と、該底面の先端を内方に略直角で屈曲した係
合片と、該係合片に突設して形成した係合爪とからなる
係合部と、挿入片の他端縁近傍に突設して形成した係止
爪とから形成すると共に、挿入片と立ち上がり片の形状
を乾式壁材の断面形状と同一とした短尺状の左右で一対
の金属製の化粧キャップとからなり、前記敷目板の釘打
設片の裏面を壁下地に当接して固定具により固定し、該
壁下地上に木口の化粧面と芯材間に化粧キャップの挿入
片を差し込んで固定した横張り用の乾式壁材を垂直片の
左右に配設固定すると共に、金属製の化粧キャップの係
合部を敷目板の嵌合溝に係合し、係合爪と嵌合片により
係止して一体化し、乾式壁材の端部を被覆して縦目地を
形成したことを特徴とする縦目地構造。
1.
