A laminated plate (for example, a laminated steel plate) in which a synthetic resin layer is interposed between metal plates (for example, steel plates) is used. For example, a synthetic resin layer of 0.1 mm or less is interposed between steel sheets to suppress vibration, and a synthetic resin layer of 0.1 mm or more is also used to reduce the weight.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned conventional technique, the conventional examples A and C have conductivity, but the damping effect is poor, and the workability, which is an important factor in product manufacturing, is poor. There is a problem. Further, the conventional example B has a drawback that the weight is slightly heavy. Further, the conventional example D has a problem that the number of processes is large and the cost is increased. Further, in Conventional Example E, many deformed portions appear on the surface, and there are many restrictions in appearance. Furthermore, in Conventional Example F,
As the weight becomes heavier, the cost increases, and the conductivity is not always sufficient.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a conductive metal layer on both outer sides and an intermediate layer made of a non-conductive synthetic resin material between the metal layers. Then, in a laminated plate in which a large number of conductive spheres are dispersedly provided in the intermediate layer, a synthetic resin material which is the same as or similar to that of the intermediate layer is used for the sphere, and a conductive coating is applied to the surface of the sphere In addition, the diameter of the sphere is made larger than at least the thickness of the intermediate layer, and the surface of the sphere is brought into contact with the inner surfaces of the metal layers on both outer sides.

A conductive metal plate such as a stainless steel plate, 3 is an intermediate layer made of a non-conductive material such as synthetic resin such as nylon, PP, PE or the like, and 4 is provided between the metal plates 2 together with the intermediate layer 3. Many spheres.

As the material forming the synthetic resin portion 10, it is preferable to use a material having the same or similar property as that of the intermediate layer 3. The coating 11 is made of the same material as the metal plate 2 or a material having the same or similar melting point.

Therefore, the contact area with the metal plate is increased, and the conductivity is improved. Further, it is preferable that the condition of D 2 <T 2 +2/3 (T 1 −T 2 ) is satisfied. By doing so, it is possible to suppress the generation of protrusions caused by the presence of the spherical body 4 on the surface of the metal plate 2.
