Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a tricot is a warp knitted fabric, which is well known as a knitted fabric knitted by warping a warp and using a filament yarn of a synthetic chemical fiber as a knitting yarn. It is also called a namono. It is said that such a tricot knitted fabric is thin and highly flexible, has flexibility, and has a delicate, beautifully knitted and stable texture. Therefore, this tricot knitted fabric is used for underwear, gloves, socks such as pantyhose, and women's clothing.

There is no waist like woven fabric, and because it is supple,
The products to be applied are naturally limited, and there are no cases in which they are used as sheets such as bags for decoration and gifts, or ribbons for wrapping products or hair. Especially in the case of conventional ribbons, mainly one side of satin woven fabric is hardened with glue and cut with a hot blade into a tape to produce a ribbon of a certain width. Since it is a woven fabric, it is expensive and poor in productivity, and its design is uniform.

However, even if the temporary sizing process is applied, there is a defect that the yarn is unraveled during repeated use.

There was a feeling of discomfort such as a cut in the hand, poor appearance, and a lack of luxury.

Then, attach the ultra-thin tricot knitted fabric to both the one side and the other side, and in the center of it, various color tones, colors,
By interposing a synthetic resin film that expresses patterns and the like, it is flexible, has a thin film thickness, is permeable and inexpensive, and does not require a hot blade during cutting, and also has an optional surface treatment of synthetic resin film. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative knitted fabric sheet or a decorative knitted fabric ribbon, which can be expected to have various color tones, colors, and even different colors due to dyeing and coloring of an adhesive.

A vapor-deposited film of metal such as aluminum or a vapor-deposited film 2 colored in iris or the like is provided on both sides of the film 1, and the both surfaces thereof are appropriately dyed with a synthetic resin-based coating composed of a urethane-based or acrylic-based simple substance or a polymer. Adhesive 3 with or without dyeing
The feature is a decorative knitted fabric sheet in which an ultrathin tricot knitted fabric 4 is adhered to the surface of a synthetic resin film 1 made of polyethylene terephthalate, vinyl chloride, polypropylene, or the like, or a metal deposition film of aluminum or the like, or The vapor-deposited film 2 colored in an iris color or the like is applied, and the both surfaces thereof are coated with an adhesive 3 which is appropriately dyed with a urethane-based or acrylic-based simple substance or a synthetic resin paint composed of a polymer, or is not dyed. The knitted fabric sheet A having the thin tricot knitted fabric 4 attached thereto is cut into a tape having an appropriate width, which is characterized by a decorative knitted fabric tape, and embossed on both sides of the tricot knitted fabric 4 of the decorative knitted fabric sheet. The feature is a processed decorative knitted fabric sheet, and the feature is a decorative knitted fabric ribbon in which both sides of the tricot knitted fabric 4 of the decorative knitted fabric ribbon are embossed. It is what you are.

The adhesive 3 is a urethane type or acrylic type simple substance or polymer. And its thickness is about 2 to 5 μm. Then, the adhesive 3 is preferably a transparent adhesive which is appropriately dyed or colored with a synthetic resin paint, or a transparent adhesive which is not dyed and colored. When such an adhesive 3 is kneaded with a dye, a further different coloring property is obtained. Certain knitted fabric sheets or knitted fabric ribbons can be made.

Such a tricot knitted fabric 4 has a net-like shape and is a flexible thin material excellent in elasticity due to its nature, and has a delicate and beautiful texture and a stable texture. The knitted fabric 4 has the synthetic resin film 1 through the adhesive 3.
The adhesive 3 enters the innumerable stitches of the tricot knitted fabric 4 and surely closes the stitches. When the tricot knitted fabric 4 is attached integrally to the adhesive 3, the tricot knitted fabric 4 is attached with some tension.

Since it is adhered via the adhesive, the stitches of the tricot knitted fabric are blocked by the adhesive, and the yarns due to the fraying do not appear at the cut points. Furthermore, since it has a knitting structure with net-like stitches,
The adhesive is embedded and entangled with the concavo-convex portion of each stitch so that the peeling phenomenon is completely eliminated, and the knitted fabric sheet or the knitted fabric ribbon having excellent flexibility and thin film thickness and having transparency is manufactured. It can be put out, is inexpensive, and has the convenience of not requiring a hot blade when cutting. Also, change the synthetic resin film that becomes the core material,
If you use a mixture of various color dyes in the adhesive,
A wide variety of colors and patterns can be revealed through the stitches, and gift bags, wrapping ribbons, and hair ribbons that use these stitches can give a dignified and luxurious appearance. .
