Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】筆記具用キャップに筆記具先端に被せてペン先
を保護する働きと、付設されているクリップで衣服のポ
ケットに筆記具を取り付ける２つの働きの他に紙を切っ
たり封書を開封する３つ目の働きを賦与せしめることを
目的とする。 【構成】選択図に示すように、エッジ１にギザギザ刃２
を付けた棒状クリップ３を、キャップ本体５の長軸と平
行で且つ筆記具６がセットされる方向に遊離先端７を向
けて配置し、該クリップ３の取付端４で、底面のない中
空砲弾形のキャップ本体５の外側面に接合した筆記具用
キャップ。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は紙切りにも使用出来る筆記具用キャップに関する。

【従来技術】
従来の筆記具用キャップは筆記具先端に被せてペン先を保護する働きと、付設 されているクリップで衣服のポケットに筆記具を取り付ける２つの働きを持って いるだけであった。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の筆記具用キャップには、紙を切る機能が付いていなかった。 事務作業の中で紙を切る機会は、比較的多い。中でも手紙を開封する作業は、 いろいろな場所で頻繁に行われるが、はさみが手元にないことが多く、手で破っ て開封するので開封口が汚い欠点があった。一般には、はさみの数は少ないが、 鉛筆やボールペンなどの筆記用具はいろいろな場所に沢山置かれている。また服 のポケットにも入っている。筆記具用キャップに紙を切ったり、封書を開封した りする機能があれば、至極便利になる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の問題点を解決するために、筆記具用キャップのクリップ３のエッジ１に ギザギサ刃２を付けることにより、紙を切ったり、封書を開封したりする機能を 付与することが出来た。

【構成】
第１図と第２図には本考案の実施態様の例を示した。以下、第１図と第２図に 従って本考案の筆記具用キャップの構成を述べる。 エッジ１にギザギザ刃２を付けた棒状クリップ３を、キャップ本体５の長軸と 平行で且つ筆記具６がセットされる方向に遊離先端７を向けて配置し、該クリッ プ３の取付端４で、底面のない中空砲弾形のキャップ本体５の外側面に接合した 筆記具用キャップである。 本考案の構成要素であるキャップ本体５は、エンピツ・ボールペン・サインペ ン・筆ペン・シャープペンシルなどの筆記具６の先端部もしくは尾部に差し込ま れたとき、抜け易くないように着脱自在に勘合する構造にする。即ち筆記具６が キャップに差し込まれたとき双方の接触部がゴムやスプリング機構により密着勘 合する構造にする。 クリップ３のエッジ１に付けるギザギザ刃２の形状の異なる二三の実施例を第 ３図に例示した。

【作用】
第４図に従って本考案の筆記具用キャップによる封書の開封方法を説明する。 クリップ３の遊離先端７を封書の封入口折り目の端８に差込み、クリップ３の ギザギザ刃２付きエッジ１で封入口折り目９を第４図に記入した矢印方向に往復 しながら切断して開封する。

【考案の効果】
以上に述べたように本考案の筆記具用キャップを筆記具６に被せておくと、い ろいろな場所にある本考案の筆記具用キャップを使って紙を切ったり、封書を開 封したり出来るので極めて便利である。
