In all of these, it is necessary to adjust the flow rate of combustion air in accordance with the fuel consumption amount, and various mechanisms for adjusting the flow rate have been invented. For example, Japanese Patent Application No. 59-95645 has a structure in which a movable cylinder (adjustment ring) for adjusting the amount of air for combustion is moved by a link mechanism, and the mechanism is complicated and many sliding parts are provided at the link connecting part. Exists.

Passes through the combustor outer cylinder 13 and flows into the combustor front inner cylinder 14 and the combustor rear inner cylinder 15. Where the incoming air is
The fuel gases 18 and 19 injected from the front fuel nozzle 16 and the rear fuel nozzle 17 are mixed and diffused and burned. The above-mentioned combustion system is called a multi-stage combustion system, and it has been adopted aggressively in gas turbine combustors such as large-capacity gas turbine power generation facilities due to recent strict environmental regulations because of the significant reduction in NOx. It is about to come. However, in order to achieve this drastic reduction in NOx, the major point is how to keep the combustion gas temperature low and to perform combustion at a uniform temperature where there is no locally high temperature. In particular, the combustion gas temperature is closely related to the ratio between the fuel amount and the combustion air amount, and it is necessary to control this ratio within a certain range in order to reduce NOx. However, it is difficult to control each because the amount of air changes depending on the number of revolutions of the gas turbine, and the amount of fuel increases or decreases depending on the load on the gas turbine. The ratio is controlled so that

A sliding portion around the connecting pin causes wear. In particular, in the gas turbine combustor, since it is exposed to high temperature gas, it is difficult to lubricate it for lubrication, and wear cannot be prevented.
Therefore, when wear occurs, there is a risk that the backlash of each part increases, the adjustment accuracy deteriorates, and the performance of the combustor deteriorates.

At this time, the tip of the driving lever draws an arc, and the adjusting ring makes a linear movement, but the deviation of both members is absorbed by the bending of the leaf spring-like member. In this structure, since there is no sliding portion, there is no risk of wear without lubrication. In addition, if the leaf spring-shaped member should be damaged, the tip of the drive lever and the portion that is allowed to reciprocate linearly are engaged with each other via the unevenness, and the transmission of both members is maintained.

Are provided, and the end portions of the leaf springs 8a and 8b are clamped in the thickness direction by washers 22 and 23 by bolts 24,
By pressing on both side surfaces 2a, 2b of the inner lever 2 by means of 25, the leaf spring 8 can be formed by the frictional force and the shearing resistance of the bolt.
The a and 8b are fixed to the inner lever 2. Leaf springs 8a, 8
As shown in the figure, the two b are arranged side by side in the plate width direction of the leaf spring, and the leaf spring 8a on the front side is the right side surface 2a of the inner lever 2.
Further, the leaf spring 8b at the back is fixed to the left side surface 2b of the inner lever 2. The shape of the inner lever 2 is relatively thin up to the neck portion 3a, which is narrower than the shaft 3, but the tip end portion 3b for mounting the leaf springs 8a and 8b described above is wide and thick. The leaf springs 8a and 8b are thicker than the dimension in which the two leaf springs 8a and 8b are arranged side by side in the width direction. Regarding the tip portion 3b of the inner lever 2, the outermost edge 3c of the tip portion 3b is an arc. This is processed into an arc shape (specifically, a three-dimensional cylindrical surface) with the dimension from the center of the shaft 3 to the outer periphery 3c of the tip 3b as the radius with the center of the shaft 3 as the center. As a result, the outer peripheral portion 3c of the tip portion 3b of the inner lever 2 can always move at the same distance from the shaft 3 at any position of the outer peripheral portion 3c in the arc movement of the inner lever 2. There is. The other ends of the leaf springs 8a and 8b described above are similarly fixed by washers 26 and 27 and bolts 28 and 29, respectively.
It is fixed to the movable block 4. Both ends of the movable block 4 are supported by rollers 5 as shown in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the movable block 4 has a recessed portion for avoiding interference with the outer periphery 3c of the tip portion of the inner lever 2. 4a is provided. Seats 30 for mounting the washers 26, 27 and bolts 28, 29 for fixing the leaf springs 8a, 8b are provided on both sides of the recess 4a. This seat 30 is set not only as a convex portion for ensuring a seat surface, but so that the surface connecting both seat surfaces is in contact with the outer circumference 3c.

記式にて与えられる。In this way, the leaf spring 8 is attached to the tip of the inner lever 2.
Since a and 8b are mounted tangentially (specifically, in a tangential plane shape), the leaf springs 8a and 8b are always kept in a horizontal state when the tip end portion of the inner lever 2 is moved in an arc, and the load is Since only the length direction of the spring is applied, the movable block 4 always applies only the load in the axial direction, so that the movable block can be surely moved. Springs 8a, 8b
When the inner lever 2 moves to the right, the front leaf spring 8a
The tensile force is transmitted to the left bearing surface 30a of the movable block 4 to move the movable block 4 to the right.
At this time, the leaf spring 8b in the back receives a compressive force, but when the inner lever and the movable block are connected by the leaf spring, the leaf springs 8a and 8b are left-side seated so that a tensile force is applied to both of them. The surface 30a and the right side seat surface 30b are assembled in such a manner that the compression force is offset by the tensile force generated in the initial assembly,
Since the load is close to zero, no compressive force will be applied. On the other hand, in the vicinity of the mounting portions of the leaf springs 8a and 8b to the inner lever 2, the leaf springs 8a and 8b are bent along the curvature while coming into contact with the arcuate (more specifically, cylindrical) machining surface, and therefore, to some extent, Unlike the case where only the tensile force on the movable block side is used, bending force is applied to the tensile force. The relationship between the leaf spring and the inner lever in this portion is modeled as shown in FIG. In this figure, arc 31
Indicates the arcuate processed surface of the tip end portion of the inner lever, and the outer peripheral portion having a wall thickness t indicates the leaf spring 8. The leaf spring 8 has one end fixed to the outer peripheral portion 32 of the circular arc 31 and the other end pulled by the force P for moving the movable block. The stress generated in the leaf spring at this time is the tensile stress σ t . It is the bending stress σ b generated in the arc portion. Leaf spring 8
Where the plate thickness is t, the width is b, the radius of the arc is r, and the Young's modulus of the spring material is E, the tensile stress σ t and the bending stress σ b are given by the following equations.

中においても高い信頼性,耐久性を発揮し得る。 Here, when carbon steel is used as the spring material, the Young's modulus is about E 1 = 2.1 × 10 4 kg / mm 2 , and the width b is constant when the bending stress at this time is σ b1 . In this case, the change in stress with the change in wall thickness t is as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the tensile stress σ t changes as shown in FIG. 6 if the width b is constant, and the stress σ 1 generated in the leaf spring is the sum of σ t and σ b1 , as shown by the solid line 33 in the figure. become. What should be noted here is that the solid line 33 is a curve that is convex downward,
This means that if the wall thickness t at which the stress σ 1 is the minimum is obtained, an optimum leaf spring with low stress can be provided.
It should be further noted that the tensile stress σ t is a function of only the wall thickness t if the width is constant. That is, regarding the bending stress, there is a relation between the wall thickness t and the Young's modulus E, and the bending stress can be suppressed low by reducing the Young's modulus E. By the way, Ti alloy has a Young's modulus of 1.0 compared to 2.1 × 10 4 kg / mm 2 of carbon steel.
The value is about 1/2 of about 10 4 kg / mm 2 , and assuming that the bending stress at this time is σ b2 , the stress generated in the leaf spring becomes σ 2 shown by the broken line 34 in the figure, and the stress should be greatly reduced. You can Furthermore, in this state, as a method to extend the life,
As shown in FIG. 5, it is also possible to use several more leaf springs 8 and superimpose them as shown by the one-dot chain line 35 in the figure. According to this method, since the thickness t of each sheet does not change, the stress does not change and the life can be extended. In the present embodiment, as described above, since the leaf spring is used for the connecting portion that changes the circular arc motion into the linear motion in the high temperature atmosphere, there is no fear of wear and the reliability is high even in the high temperature gas flow. The durability and durability can be demonstrated.
