Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 回転体を装着した玩具形式のメカニカル筆記
具を提供する。 【構成】 回転機構（４）を組込んだ偏平ケース（３）
を軸筒（１）の基端の芯押圧子（２）と一体的に設け、
回転機構の最終取出軸（９）に回転体（１０）を取付
け、回転機構のゼンマイ（６）を巻込む操作摘み（７）
を偏平ケース外に突設したこと。 【効果】 筆記具使用する際には押圧子と一体的に設け
てある偏平ケースを押し下げることによって芯が軸筒よ
り突出すると共に、ストップレバーがストップ片に当る
ので、翼車の回転が止まり、安全に筆記できる。

本考案はボールペン或いはシャープペンシル等のメカニカル筆記具に関するも のである。

従来のメカニカル筆記具は動的な飾りを添付したものは見当らない。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案の課題は、メカニカル筆記具に玩具的回転体を装着して斬新で若者の興 味をそそるものを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案の手段は次のとおりである。
【０００５】 芯を内装した軸筒の基端に前記芯を繰出す押圧子と一体的に回転機構を組込ん だ偏平ケースを設け、前記回転機構のゼンマイを巻込む操作摘みを偏平ケース外 に突設し、回転機構の最終取出軸を飾りとなる回転体に接続したメカニカル筆記 具。

【作用】
筆記具として使用できるほか、操作摘みを巻くことによりゼンマイが巻戻るま で回転体が回転し続ける。

【実施例】
図中１は軸筒で図は省略してあるが、芯を内装し、押圧子２に偏平ケース３を 一体的に設けてある。
【０００８】 偏平ケース３は図３、図４、図５に示すように、回転機構４を内装し、その基 軸５にゼンマイ６を巻込み、ケース３外に突出した基軸５にゼンマイ巻込用操作 摘み７を固定し、回転機構４の最終取出軸９を偏平ケース３外に突出させて、回 転翼車１０を取付ける。１１は軸筒１に嵌めたクリップでストップレバー１２を 突出させ、回転翼車１０の裏側のストップ片１３に当れば、翼車は止まる。

【効果】
本考案によれば、筆記具として使用する際には、押圧子と一体的に設けてある 偏平ケースを押し下げることによって芯が軸筒より突出すると共に、ストップレ バーがストップ片に当るので、翼車の回転が止まり、安全に筆記することができ る。
