Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】従来喀痰の採取は患者が口腔内に喀出したもの
を容器に吐き出すことにより採取していたため，検体内
には口腔内常在菌が常に混入していた。このため，本器
具を口腔内に挿入し，飛沫状に気道より排出される喀痰
をネットで採取することにより，簡便に口腔内常在菌の
混入なしに喀痰を採取することを目的とする。 【構成】喀出される痰を補足するネット部分，口腔粘膜
にネットが付着しないようにするガイドリング部分，及
び把持のための棒の部分とからなる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【従来の技術】
従来喀痰の採取は患者が口腔内に喀出したものを容器に吐き出すことにより 採取していた。このため，検体内には口腔内常在菌が常に混入していた。カテー テルを気道内に挿入することにより，直接採取する方法もあるが簡便ではない。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
簡便に口腔内常在菌の混入なしに喀痰を採取することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本器具を口腔内に挿入した状態で，患者に咳をしてもらうことにより，飛沫 状に気道より排出される喀痰をネットで採取する。ネットが口腔粘膜に接触する ことを防ぐ目的でネット周囲にはガイドリングを設ける。次にネットに付着した 喀痰を培地に直接付着させるが，この際ネット部分のみ培地に接触するように， ガイドリング部に可動性をもたせる。

【考案の効果】
従来の採取検体は唾液との混合物であり検査結果の信頼性が低くなっていた が，簡便に選択的喀痰採取が可能となるため診断能力向上に役立つ。
