って閉止板が弛く設けられているので埋立側の水位が上
昇した場合には透窓が閉止板によって閉止され埋立側か
らの浸入水による護岸の崩壊が防止でき,また埋立てが
進行すると閉止板が埋立土砂によって防水シートに圧着
し透窓を自然に密封するので,以後の水の透過や埋立土
