Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 機械的強度が余りない車体で支持できる軽量
のキャンピングカー用日よけを提供すること。 【構成】 ローラに巻き取ることによって引込めること
ができ巻きほごした時には保護しようとする区域の上方
の位置に保持されることを可能とした日よけにおいて、
ローラ（１）が中空であること、および縮めた時前記ロ
ーラの長さの半分程度の長さを有する組立式の脚部
（２，３）が、日よけ巻き込み時に前記ローラ内に収容
されるようにしたことを特徴とする。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】本発明は、ローラに巻き取ることによって
引込むことができ、巻きほごしてのばした時には保護し
ようとする区域の上方の位置に維持することが可能とな
る日よけに関する。
【０００２】この種の日よけは既に知られており、たと
えばキャンピングカーのような自動車に用いられ、駐車
時に自動車の片側で日陰となった休息区域を形成させる
のである。しかしながら、既知の日よけは一般に重い。
ことに、脚部にヒンジ接続され布地を引張るようにする
アーム構造を有するゆえに重量がかさむこととなる。
【０００３】この重量を考慮に入れると、軽自動車には
この日よけを用いることができない。軽自動車の車体は
これに耐える程丈夫でないからである。
【０００４】本発明の基底にある問題は、機械的強度が
余りない車体とか壁とかで支持され得る比較的軽量の日
よけを提供することにある。
【０００５】すなわち本発明の第１の特徴は、ローラが
中空であること、および縮めた時前記ローラの長さの半
分程度の長さを有する組立式の脚部が、日よけ巻き込み
時に前記ローラ内に収容されるようにしたことにある。
【０００６】本発明の第２の特徴は、好適には前述の第
１の特徴と組合せて、日よけを固定させる壁に静止的に
保持する代りに、ローラを布地の自由端に取付けてこれ
が布地の巻きほごしに従うようにして、このローラの重
さによって巻きほごしが容易になるようにすることにあ
る。
【０００７】巻きほごしの過程中脚部はローラの内部に
とどまり、かつこの巻きほごし完了時のみにローラから
引き出され得るので、これら脚部は好適には一種のピス
トンにヒンジ接続させる。このピストンはローラ内で並
進および回転でき、これによって巻きほごし後脚部をロ
ーラから抜き出してのばし適宜使用に供することができ
るようになる。
【０００８】本発明の他の特徴は添付図面に例示する本
発明の好適な実施例についての以下の記載から明かとな
ろう。
【０００９】図面において、符号１はたとえばアルミニ
ウム製の中空円筒から成るシリンダまたはローラを示
す。このローラ１に日よけの布地８が巻き付けてある。
【００１０】布地がローラに完全に巻き取られている格
納位置においては、装置全体は符号１０ａで示すところ
で枢着したカバー１０をそなえたボックス内に収容され
得る。布地の長手方向端縁の一方は符号９で示すところ
で任意適当な手段によってボックスに取付けられている
（図１）。日よけを収容するこの閉じたボックスは、車
体内に配置するか、またはたとえば符号１０ｂで示すよ
うなフックによって車体の側部に固定しておく。
【００１１】シリンダ１の各端部には１対の脚部２，３
がある。このうちの１対を図２に示してある。これらの
脚部は互いに滑動できる部分２ａ，２ｂ，２ｃから構成
されている。従って脚部は嵌め合い式に伸縮できる。部
分２ａ，２ｂ，２ｃの数は、後退した脚部の長さがシリ
ンダ１の各端部においてこのシリンダ内に収容させられ
るような長さとなるように定められる。
【００１２】シリンダ１は一種のピストン４を包含す
る。このピストン４はシリンダ内で自由に回転でき、ま
た脚部を引込めようとする時または逆に引き出そうとす
る時（図２に示す位置）にはシリンダ内で並進運動をす
ることができる。図面にはばね停止片７が示されてい
る。このばね停止片７はシリンダ１に装架され、ピスト
ン４の円形溝４ａと係合し、脚部を引き出して自由に回
転ができる位置にピストン４を停止せしめるのである。
ピストン４を脚部と共に引込めようとする時には、多少
の力を加えてこの停止部片が弾性的に円形溝の外へ動く
ようにすることが必要である。伸縮式の脚部のそれぞれ
はシリンダ１の軸線に直角をなす軸線を中心として回動
できるように、ピストン４で担持されるアーム５に枢装
されている。これらアーム５のそれぞれ自体も、シリン
ダ１の軸線に平行な軸線を中心としてピストン４に対し
て回動できる。
【００１３】日よけを使用しない時は、ピストン４およ
び引込めた脚部２および３はシリンダ１内に押し込めら
れる。このシリンダの各端部には図１で示す装置全体が
設けてあるのである。
【００１４】日よけを使用しようとする時は、ボックス
９−１０を開き、シリンダの両端部をもってこれを引き
出す。それから脚部を引き出す（図２の位置）。布地の
巻きほごしを開始する。この巻きほごしの開始はシリン
ダの重量と脚部の重量によって助けられる。各脚部には
ピストン４のところにふたつの継手を有するので、これ
らの脚部は図３に示すような位置に置くことができる。
この位置では、脚部は一種の架台を形成し、巻きほごし
た布地とシリンダの重量とを支持することを可能として
いる。
【００１５】布地を充分に巻きほごしてから、脚部の位
置はそれぞれ調節することができる（図３）。一方の脚
部を最長寸法に伸ばして布地に沿って配設すると、ボッ
クスまたは任意の停止部材に押し当てた緊張部材となる
（図４）。
【００１６】ボックスおよびそのカバーは、たとえば押
出成形したアルミニウム材のような或る程度の剛性を有
する軽量の材料で作られる。フック１０ａはこれを壁面
に吊り下げることを可能にしている。
【００１７】巻き上げおよび巻きほごしは、小型電動機
をシリンダの一端または両端に装架することによって容
易化される。この小型電動機のステータを手で保持し
て、ロータを歯車を介してシリンダ１に接続するのであ
る。

Claims (8)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】ローラに巻き取ることによって引込めるこ
    とができ巻きほごした時には保護しようとする区域の上
    方の位置に保持されることを可能とした日よけにおい
    て、ローラ（１）が中空であること、および縮めた時前
    記ローラの長さの半分程度の長さを有する組立式の脚部
    （２，３）が、日よけ巻き込み時に前記ローラ内に収容
    されるようにしたことを特徴とする日よけ。
  2. 【請求項２】請求項１記載の日よけにおいて、この日よ
    けを固定する壁に静止的に保持させる代りに、ローラを
    布地の自由端に合体せしめて、これを前記布地の巻きほ
    ごしに随伴させたことを特徴とする日よけ。
  3. 【請求項３】請求項１または２に記載の日よけにおい
    て、前記脚部が伸縮式の脚部であることを特徴とする日
    よけ。
  4. 【請求項４】請求項１ないし３のいずれかに記載の日よ
    けにおいて、ふたつの脚部が前記ローラの各端部に設け
    られており、それぞれの脚部は前記ローラ内部で並進運
    動ができる一種のピストン（４）に枢装されていること
    を特徴とする日よけ。
  5. 【請求項５】請求項４記載の日よけにおいて、前記ピス
    トン（４）が前記ローラ内で自由に回動できることを特
    徴とする日よけ。
  6. 【請求項６】請求項５記載の日よけにおいて、前記ピス
    トン（４）が円形溝（４ａ）を有し、このピストンが前
    記脚部の引き出しに対応する位置にある時停止ピン
    （７）が前記円形溝内に入るようにしたことを特徴とす
    る日よけ。
  7. 【請求項７】請求項１ないし６のいずれかに記載の日よ
    けにおいて、前記脚部のそれぞれが、前記ローラの軸線
    に平行な軸線とこれに直角をなす第２の軸線とを包含す
    る二重継手によって前記ピストンに連結されていること
    を特徴とする日よけ。
  8. 【請求項８】請求項１ないし７のいずれかに記載の日よ
    けにおいて、前記脚部のひとつが、前記布地の短い方の
    側部に沿う引張り部材を形成するに充分な長さを有する
    ことを特徴とする日よけ。
