DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention
There are the following problems. <A> Since the construction method by assembling the precast concrete block only needs to assemble the block body already commercialized, the construction can be simplified. However, this method has a small cross section (20 cm x 20 cm) and a short method frame (1 m or less) due to the large weight of the block.
Will be limited to the construction of. That is, a large-weight block body is required to construct a large-section legal frame, which makes it difficult to perform construction on high places or on steep slopes. <B> On the other hand, in the case of the cast-in-place construction method, there is no construction limitation due to the weight as in the above method of assembling the block body, but the structure of the intersection of the method frame becomes complicated, so it is necessary for bar arrangement and mold assembly. With difficulty.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. <A> Block Structure (FIG. 1) Block 1 is a concrete structure. A cross shape as shown in FIG. 1, a cube shape, a flat plate shape, a disk shape, a polygonal column shape, or the like can be adopted. An anchor hole 11 for penetrating the anchor body 4 is formed in the central portion of the block 1 in the vertical direction. In addition, a steel material such as a reinforcing bar is arranged in the block 1 in an amount necessary for designing, and a part of these steel materials 2 is a predetermined number from the side surface of the block 1 (in the case shown in FIG. 1, the number is four). But 1
Book, two, etc.) are exposed for a predetermined length. The exposed direction of these steel materials 2 is the construction direction of the beam portion between the blocks 1 of the method frame. In addition, the steel material 2 includes a reinforcing bar, L
Various members such as channels, C-channels, and H steel can be used. <B> Structure of perforated mold (Fig. 2) Buried type perforated mold 3
As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of horizontal wire rods 31 and vertical wire rods 32 are provided.
It is possible to use a net plate-shaped product formed by weaving, or an expanded steel plate. Further, a structure in which the perforated frame 3 is arranged so as to face each other and the upper part thereof is connected in the horizontal direction by a spacer 33 is also conceivable. In this case, ring-shaped engaging portions 34 are formed at both ends of the spacer 33, and the spacers 33 are rotatably attached to the vertical wire 32 so that the two perforated molds 3 can be folded. <C> Attachment of perforated mold (FIG. 1) Perforated molds 3 are arranged face-to-face at a predetermined interval and attached to the steel material 2 exposed from the side surface of the block 1 as shown in FIG. . At this time, the lateral distance between the steel material 2 and the perforated mold 3 is set at a constant interval in order to secure the cover thickness of the solidified material, and the upper end of the perforated mold 3 is located above the steel material 2. The height is made to be substantially the same as the upper surface of the block 1 by projecting. The attachment may be tied with a wire or the like, or a hook or the like for attachment may be provided on the perforated mold 3 in advance. When the perforated mold 3 is foldably connected, it is preferable to cover the steel material 2 from above and attach it by the above method. <D> Installation of block (FIGS. 1 and 3) The installation hole of the anchor body 4 is excavated on the slope, and the anchor body 4 is inserted to fix the tip end to the ground. Next, the above-ground part of the anchor body 4 that has been fixed is penetrated into the anchor hole 11 of the block 1 and fixed on the upper surface of the block 1 by a fixing tool (not shown), and the block 1 is installed on the slope. In the case of the anchor body 4 requiring tension, the block 1 is used as a support body,
It can be tightened and fixed with a jack or the like. <E> Construction of Beam Section (FIG. 3) As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of blocks 1 are installed on the slope with a predetermined interval and facing the same direction by the same method as described above. Then, the solidified material 5 is supplied in a state of surrounding the perforated mold 3 between the blocks 1 to construct the beam portion 51. The perforated mold 3 is buried in the solidified material 5. At this time, the steel materials 2 of adjacent blocks 1 may be connected by connecting reinforcing bars, or the solidified material 5 may be supplied in a separated state. When the solidified material 5 is supplied in the separated state, the connecting reinforcing bars are not arranged between the steel materials 2. This is because the middle portion of the beam portion 51 is not required to have so much structural strength, and thus it is not necessary to connect the beam portion 51 with the connecting rebar. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, a joint material 52 such as a joint plate or a joint elastite is provided between the steel materials 2 in the middle portion of the beam portion 51.
Should be placed and trimmed. Although FIG. 3 shows a case where the method frame is constructed in a lattice shape, various other shapes such as a rhombus, a circle, an ellipse, and a polygon can be considered. Further, the solidification material 5 can be supplied by a spraying method, a normal pouring method, or the like.

Other Embodiments In the above embodiment, block 1
Although the steel material 2 is exposed from the above and the perforated mold 3 is attached to the steel material 2, a structure in which the functions of the steel material 2 and the perforated mold 3 are integrated as shown in FIG. 4 is conceivable. That is, a pair of steel plates 6 having a plurality of holes 61 are made to face each other at a predetermined interval, and a part is exposed from the side surface of the block 1. This steel plate 6 has a predetermined thickness so that the law frame can be provided with necessary strength in place of the steel material 2, and when the solidified material 5 is supplied, the forming function of the same law frame as the perforated form 3 is provided. Can be fulfilled.

Since the present invention is as described above, the following effects can be obtained. <B> According to the present invention, since the block is used at the intersection of the legal frame, it is not necessary to perform the work of arranging the form of the intersection and the work of assembling the formwork on the slope, so that the manual labor on the slope can be greatly saved. it can. Further, since the block is lightweight, the construction becomes easier and the construction range is widened even in a high place or a narrow place as compared with the conventional case where the whole is constructed by the block. <B> Since the perforated form or the perforated steel plate is previously attached to the block of the present invention, when constructing the beam portion of the normal frame between the blocks, the solidifying material is supplied after the slope of the block is installed. There is no need to perform bar arrangement and formwork assembly on the slope. Therefore, the construction efficiency can be improved. <C> When the steel members exposed from the side surfaces of the blocks are not connected by the connecting reinforcing bars, complicated connecting work can be omitted and the connecting reinforcing bars between the blocks are not required, which is economical. <D> In the case of the structure in which the perforated steel plate is exposed from the side surface of the block, it has the functions of both the steel material and the perforated form, and the structure can be further simplified. <E> In the conventional cast-in-place method, a certain curing period is required until the concrete strength is manifested. When using a tensioning force type anchor body, anchor construction cannot be performed until the curing period ends, This caused a delay in the construction period. However, since the present invention does not require a curing period on site at the intersection of the legal framework, it can be used as a support for a tension-introducing type anchor body immediately after installation. Therefore, the work period can be shortened.
