の荷重を該リクライニングデバイス１４に分散させる。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は例えば自動車等の車両に搭載されるシートのアームレストの取付構造 に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
自動車等の車両に搭載されるシートには背もたれ部がリクライニング可能でか つアームレストが略水平な使用状態と背もたれ部に沿う収納状態との間で回動可 能に該背もたれ部に取付けられているものがある。 従来は図３に示すように座部(2) と該座部(2) にリクライニングデバイス(4) を介してリクライニング可能に取付けられている背もたれ部(3) とからなるシー ト(1) のアームレスト(5) は、該デバイス(4) の回動フレーム(4A)の上側で背も たれ部(3) のフレーム(3A)に取付けブラケット(5A)を介して回動可能に取付けら れていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記構成ではアームレスト(5) に及ぼされる荷重が取付けブラケ ット(5A)に集中し易く強度的に問題点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は上記従来の課題を解決するための手段として、座部(12)と、該座部(1 2)にリクライニングデバイス(14)の回動フレーム(14A) を介してリクライニング 可能に取付けられている背もたれ部(13)とからなるシート(11)において、該回動 フレーム(14A) を上方に延長し、該延長部分(14B) に取付けブラケット(15A) を 介してアームレスト(15)を取付けたアームレスト(15)の取付構造を提供するもの である。

【作用】 本考案では、シート(11)のアームレスト(15)の取付けブラケット(15A) は、リ クライニングデバイス(14)の回動フレーム(14A) の延長部分(14B) に取付けられ るので、アームレスト(15)に及ぼされる荷重は取付けブラケット(15A) より直接 リクライニングデバイス(14)に分散せしめられる。

【実施例】
本考案を図１および図２に示す一実施例によって説明すれば、シート(11)は座 部(12)と該座部(12)にリクライニングデバイス(14)を介してリクライニング可能 に取付けられている背もたれ部(13)と、該背もたれ部(13)に略水平な使用状態（ 図１実線）から背もたれ部(13)に沿った収納状態（図１点線）まで回動可能に取 付けられているアームレスト(15)とからなり、図２に示すように該シート(11)の 背もたれ部(13)のフレーム(13A) は座部(12)に取付けられているリクライニング デバイス(14)の回動フレーム(14A) の延長部分(14B) に締結具(16,16) によって 止着されており、またアームレスト(15)も該回動フレーム(14A) の延長部分(14B ) に同じ締結具(16,16) によって共締めされている取付けブラケット(15A) を介 して軸(17)を中心として回動可能に取付けられている。
【０００７】 上記構成においてアームレスト(15)に荷重が及ぼされた場合には、該荷重は取 付けブラケット(15A) を介してリクライニングデバイス(14)へ分散され、取付け ブラケット(15A) には集中しない。

【考案の効果】
したがって本考案では、シートのアームレスト取付構造強度が大幅に向上する 。

    の回動フレームを介してリクライニング可能に取付けら
    れている背もたれ部とからなるシートにおいて、該回動
    フレームを上方に延長し、該延長部分に取付けブラケッ
    トを介してアームレストを取付けたことを特徴とするア
    ームレストの取付構造
