【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】回転自在に設けられた下側定盤部および上
側定盤部を有するとともに、上側定盤部が自在継手を介
して回転軸体に吊持されてなる研磨機における定盤の表
面仕上げ装置であって、架台上に、ガイドレールを介し
て、上下の定盤部間でかつその回転半径方向で移動自在
に案内される移動体と、この移動体をガイドレールに沿
って移動させる移動装置と、上記移動体に設けられた切
削具とから構成し、かつ上記上下の定盤部間に挿入配置
されて、上側定盤部の回転軸心に対してその傾きを規制
する規制具を具備したことを特徴とする研磨機における
定盤の表面仕上げ装置。
