ニール板３の左右両側にバンド掛け金具５を備えた押え
板７、押え板７をビニール板３を介し丸ビス６で固定す
るための支え板８からなるガス導管工事用バッグ。

Description
【０００２】
本考案は、管径８０Ａ以上の鋳鉄製のガス導管の穿孔、切粉除去、穿孔部の盲 止め作業後、バルブサービスチーズの仮締め作業において、ガスの噴出を防止す ることができ、ガス供給圧力の変動を抑えることに適するガス導管工事用バッグ に関するものである。

従来、図７に示すように盲止めの除去後、ガスが噴出している状態で、バルブ サービスチーズ１９をガス導管２０の分岐取り出し用孔１８に仮締めしていた。
【０００４】
しかし、従来の技術記載の方法では、ガス噴出状態での作業であるため、ガス 供給圧力の大幅な変動をきたすという問題点があった。
【０００５】 そこで、本考案は上記の問題を鑑み、バルブサービスチーズ１９のガス導管２ ０への取り付け作業時のガスの無噴出を目的としたものである。
【０００６】
上記目的を達成するために、本考案は図１、２、３に示すような構成を成して いる。
【０００７】 バッグ１２天側のビニール袋９に手挿入口１１を要した生ゴム板１０を接着し た。
【０００８】 バッグ１２の底部は、開口部２を大きくした環状中空ゴム１、ビニール板３の 形に沿った枠体４をそれぞれビニール板３に接着した
【０００９】 又、ビニール板３の左右両側に、一定間隔毎にバンド掛け金具５を備えた鉄製 の押え板７を設け、押え板７はビニール板３を介し丸ビス６で鉄製の支え板８に 固定されるようにした。

上記、ガス導管工事用バッグを、ガス導管２０に装着すれば、ガスの無噴出化 を図ることができ、ガス供給圧力の大幅な変動を起こすことなくバルブサービス チーズ１９の仮締め作業を行うことができる。

本考案における実施例を図４に基づいて詳細に説明する。
【００１２】 ガス導管２０の穿孔、切粉除去、穿孔部の盲止め作業後、本考案のバッグ１２ を盲止め部を通しガス導管２０に固定用ゴムバンド１７を用い装着する。
【００１３】 固定用バンド１７は図５、６に示すように、３つの尾錠１３と２つのゴムバン ド１４により構成されており、尾錠１３とゴムバンド１４はそれぞれボルト１５ 、ナット１６により固定、結合されている。
【００１４】 上記、固定用ゴムバンド１７は、ガス導管管種により、本考案であるバッグ１ ２のバンド掛け金具５に尾錠１３の箇所を選択し装着するものである。
【００１５】 例えば、８０Ａ、１００Ａ、１５０Ａの管径のガス導管２０へのバッグ１２の 固定は、中央の尾錠１３と残りいづれか一方の尾錠１３を使用する２００Ａ、３ ００Ａの管径のガス導管２０へのバッグ１２の固定は、両端の尾錠１３により行 う。
【００１６】 バッグ１２をガス導管２０に装着後、手を手挿入口１１より腕部まで差し込み 気密を保持した状態で盲止めを取りはずし、装着したバッグ１２の中にあらかじ め挿入していたバルブサービスチーズ１９の分岐取り出し用孔１８への仮締め作 業を行う。
【００１７】 その後、固定用ゴムバンド１７、バッグ１２をガス導管２０より除去し、バル ブサービスチーズ１９の本締め作業を行う。
【００１８】 尚、バッグ１２底部に接着している環状中空ゴム１、枠体４は、同じ肉厚であ り、材質は単気泡発泡スポンジゴムを使用しているが、弾力性および気密性を備 えていればこの限りではない。
【００１９】
本考案のガス導管工事用バッグを使用することにより、ガスの無噴出化を図る ことができ、ガス供給圧力の大幅な変動を起こすことなく、バルブサービスチー ズのガス導管への取り付け作業を行うことができる。
