Aside from that, a roofing board with eaves and ridge extensions was provided, and a hanging member was attached to the roofing board to secure each lateral roofing board. This hanging member was put in place. In that state, the ridge-side extension of the lower thatched roof board, the suspension member, and the eaves-side extension of the upper thatched roof board should be seam welded together to raise the roof. The present invention relates to a method for joining roof panels of a thatched roof.

Roofing roof plates occupy the mainstream, and various types and forms of the engaging portions have been proposed in the past. Above all, in a thatched roof plate using a long thin metal steel plate, a combination engagement part shape mainly intended to prevent intrusion of rainwater from the eaves side and ridge side engagement parts that are mutually engaged and connected. Development is active.

As a result, the face plate part that is the main part is left in the central part along the longitudinal direction, the eaves side molding part is continuously molded on one side and the ridge side molding part is continuously molded on the other side. It is cut into a predetermined unit length before use.

Since it is assumed that the applicable roof surface has a suitable roof root slope, unlike the case of a thatched roof structure that is relatively unconstrained by the roof slope, it is circular in large buildings such as gymnasiums. A roof surface with a gentle slope, such as a roof or the top of a semi-cylindrical roof surface, cannot be effectively applied to a roof surface that is nearly flat for various reasons. Met.

Is specified, but the suspension itself is not a target for welding. Further, in the above invention, in order to facilitate welding, each side is inclined upward, and after welding, the base end portion of each side other than the welded portion is bent and deformed several times to form a roof surface. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of workability and strength.

There is a configuration in which a roof plate joint portion of a vertically-roofed roof is welded by interposing a hanger including a hanger piece having an engaging part and a tongue having a hook that engages with the engaging part of the hanger piece. Although shown, there is a problem that even if this structure is applied to a horizontal roof, it is difficult to obtain the minimum required welding space during welding.

Along with it, along the ridge side extension including this tip locking part, overlap with the eaves side extension of the upper thatched roof board,
In the overlapping state, a required welding space is formed in the ridge-side extending portion, and the ridge-side extending portion, the tip locking portion, and the eaves-side extending portion that are overlapped with each other are connected to each other on the upper side. Since the seam welding is performed integrally at a level substantially parallel to the face plate portion of the thatched roof plate, the eaves-side extension portion on the lower tier side and the ridge-side extension portion on the upper tier side are provided at appropriate positions for both. It is possible to integrally join to the roof, including the interlocking of the tip locking part of the suspension member, and the fastening to the roof base side by sandwiching, so that a completely watertight side-roof roof with a strong structure can be obtained. It can be raised.

In addition to having the advantage that the overlapping end portion including the welded joint portion (B) can be protected from the outside and the appearance appearance thereof can be adjusted,
By holding the tip of the ridge-side extension (31) by the tip-folded portion (22) of the eaves-side extension (21), it is possible to temporarily raise the roof as a roof structure. When rain is encountered during work, seam welding (A) can be performed at a later date to improve workability.

Forming a part,
In addition, a horizontal thatched roof plate consisting of a ridge-side extension that is bent toward the eaves is provided, and a hanger attached to the roof substrate side at the appropriate position on the ridge-side extension of the lower thatched roof siding. Along the leading end locking part of the member, on the ridge-side extending part including this leading end locking part, overlap with the eaves-side extending part of the upper step side thatched roof plate, and in the above-mentioned overlapping state. A required welding space is formed in the ridge-side extension, and the ridge-side extension, the tip locking portion, and the eaves-side extension that are overlapped with each other are connected to each other by the face plate of the side-roof roof board on the upper side. Since the seam welding is performed integrally at a level substantially parallel to the section, the eaves-side extension on the lower tier and the ridge-side extension on the upper tier are attached to the suspension member at appropriate positions on both sides. It can be integrally joined including the interposition of the tip locking part and the fastening to the roof base side by sandwiching it, which makes it completely watertight. Horizontal roofing a very simple wipe increase it can be tough structure. Therefore, there is no possibility of water leakage even when the roof slope is gentle, not to mention the normal roof slope.

By doing so, the overlapped end can be protected from the outside, the appearance can be adjusted, and the overlapped part including the holding part at the tip folded-back part is welded by the seal, whereby the sling It has the advantages that the watertightness of the intervening portion of the member can be better ensured, the welding strength of the entire joint can be increased, and the structural rigidity can be further improved.

Moreover, it is structurally extremely simple, easy and inexpensive to implement. It has excellent features such as being able to.
