(57)【要約】 【目的】 容器体上端部に付設したポンプ部の操作で、

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案はクリーム状物吐出容器に係る。

【従来の技術】
例えば実開平4-38962 号が示すように、容器体胴部の下部内へ、上昇可能に摺 動底板を嵌合させると共に、容器体上端部にポンプ部を装着させ、該ポンプ部が 有するノズル付き作動部材の上下動により、容器体内クリーム状物を吸上げ、上 記ノズルから吐出するよう設けたクリーム状物吐出容器が知られている。尚その ポンプ部としてその他種々のものがある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上記クリーム状物吐出容器は、クリーム状物吐出による容器体内の負圧化を、 摺動底板上昇により解消しているから、容器体が収納物減少につれて徐々に偏平 化等するチューブ容器と異なって、収納物が減少しても摺動底板が容器体内を上 昇するだけで、外形的に容器体は変形し難い。このため収納物が殆ど無くなって もこれに気付かず、そのため全く無くなった時にその後の用意がなされて居らず 、困ることがあった。
【０００４】 本案はそのような欠点を除去するため、収納物残量が少なくなったとき、摺動 底板が上昇し難く、そのため作動部材の上昇速度が低下して上記残量減少を知る ことが出来るよう、容器体胴部の上部を小内径化したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
容器体胴部２の下部内へ、上昇可能に摺動底板７を嵌合させると共に、容器体 上端部にポンプ部15を装着させて、該ポンプ部が有する、上方付勢されたノズル 付き作動部材７の上下動により、容器体内クリーム状物を吸上げ上記ノズル21か ら吐出可能に設けたクリーム状物吐出容器において、上記胴部２の上部だけを、 その下方胴部分に比して僅かな径差を有する小内径部30とした。

【作用】
図１の状態からキャップ25を外し、作動部材23上下動によりポンプ部15を操作 し、容器体１内クリーム状物をノズル21から吐出すると、該クリーム状物減少に よる負圧化で摺動底板７が上昇してその負圧化を解消する。図２が示すように摺 動底板７が上昇して容器体胴部の上部に設けた小内径部30下端に接した後は、そ の小内径化により摺動底板７は上昇し難くなり、従ってポンプ部によるクリーム 状物吸上げのための作動部材23の上昇に時間を要することとなり、このようにし てクリーム状物の残量が少なくなったことを知ることが出来る。

【実施例】
１は合成樹脂製の容器体である。該容器体はその胴部２下端を開口し、かつ胴 部２の上端部から上方へ延長筒部３を起立し、又胴部上端から肩部４を介して口 頸部５を起立する。
【０００８】 上記胴部２の下部内へは摺動底板７を上昇可能に嵌合させる。該摺動底板は、 図示のように外筒８の上部内面を横板９で閉塞すると共に、その外筒を胴部２内 径よりも小外径でかつ上下両端を上下両外方へ拡開して胴部２内面へ圧接する弾 性筒部10、10として形成するとよい。横板９下面からは脚筒11を垂下し、その下 端を胴部２下端へ嵌着させた、中央部開口12の固定底板13で支持させているが、 これは容器輸送時等の胴部２に対する外圧で、摺動底板７が下方へ脱落すること を防止するもので、必要により設ければよい。
【０００９】 ポンプ部15は、下端に吸込み弁16を有するシリンダ17外周に既述延長筒部３を 嵌着させた多重筒の装着筒部18を有し、又装着筒部下面に設けた環状凹部内へ口 頸部５を嵌着させている。上記シリンダ内へは筒状ピストン19を嵌合させ、該筒 状ピストンを下端部に嵌合させて起立するステム20上部に、ノズル21付き押下げ ヘッド22を嵌合させた作動部材23を有し、該作動部材をスプリング24で上方付勢 させて、該作動部材の上下動で容器体内クリーム状物をシリンダ17内へ吸上げ、 かつ該シリンダ内クリーム状物を上記ノズルから吐出可能としている。尚該ポン プ部は公知例ポンプ部の一例を示し、容器体上端部へ嵌着させるものであればど のようなものでもよい。

【００１１】 以上述べた構造は公知であり、本案では容器体１の胴部２の上部だけをその下 方胴部分よりも僅かな径差を有する小内径部30として、図２が示すように摺動底 板７がその小内径部下端に接してからは、該摺動底板７外周面と小内径部30内壁 面との摩擦抵抗が増大し、そのためのポンプ部によるクリーム状物吸上げのため の、スプリング24による作動部材23の上昇に時間を要するよう設けた。

【考案の効果】
本案は既述構成とするもので、容器体上端部に付設したポンプ部の操作で、容 器体胴部の下部内に嵌合された摺動底板７が上昇して容器体内クリーム状物を吐 出するよう設けたクリーム状物吐出容器において、容器体胴部の上部だけをその 下方胴部分よりも僅かな径差を有する小内径部30としたから、上記摺動底板７が 小内径部30下端に接した後は摺動底板外周面と小内径部30内面との摩擦抵抗の増 大によってその摺動底板７の上昇速度、従って上記ポンプ部の作動部材23の上昇 速度が遅くなって、容器体内クリーム状物がほぼなくなったことを知ることが出 来る。

    動底板７を嵌合させると共に、容器体上端部にポンプ部
    15を装着させて、該ポンプ部が有する、上方付勢された
    ノズル付き作動部材７の上下動により、容器体内クリー
    ム状物を吸上げ上記ノズル21から吐出可能に設けたクリ
    ーム状物吐出容器において、上記胴部２の上部だけを、
    その下方胴部分に比して僅かな径差を有する小内径部30
    としたことを特徴とする、クリーム状物吐出容器。
