Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the water-tightness and the peel-off ability and to make a placed concrete surface decorative by laminating a plastic film having at its outer surface with a concave and convex pattern, on a wood concrete form base board. CONSTITUTION:A plastic film 4 having at its outer surface a concave and convex pattern 5 given by embossing or the like is laminated on a wood concrete form base board 2 through the intermediary of an adhesive layer 3. Concrete is placed with the use of thus formed concrete form 1 so that a pattern corresponding to the pattern 5 is formed on the concrete surface so that the placed concrete is decorative. The outer surface of the form 1 is protected by the plastic film 4 which further gives water tightness, and the form peel-off ability after placing of concrete may be enhanced.
