“Conventional technology” When constructing cast-in-place piles, underground continuous walls, etc. in the ground, excavation of underground holes in the ground where these underground continuous walls, etc. should be constructed, and muddy water in these underground holes. A so-called mud construction method is known in which the mud water is used to carry the excavated earth and sand while stabilizing the excavation wall surface. In this mud construction method, after a predetermined underground hole has been excavated, reinforcing steel frames and reinforcing bars are inserted into this underground hole, and concrete is placed from the bottom of this underground hole, and By filling the underground holes with concrete in the form of replacement, cast-in-place piles, underground continuous walls, etc. are constructed.

Conventionally, in this mud construction method, after excavation of an underground hole, bentonite is adsorbed on the surface of the steel frame and rebar inserted in the form of being immersed in mud water, so that concrete and these steel frames and rebars to be placed later. There was a phenomenon that the adhesive force with That is, from the surface of the steel frame or rebar immersed in muddy water, iron ions Fe 2+ is easily eluted from the peeling portion and corroding portion of the oxide film on the surface called mill scale, and therefore bentonite particles having a negative charge When approaching each other, the iron ions and the bentonite particles are electrically neutralized with each other in this part, whereby the bentonite particles are aggregated and adsorbed in the iron ion-eluting parts of the steel frame and the reinforcing bar.
Furthermore, with the aggregation and adsorption of these bentonite particles,
A local battery consisting of iron ions, bentonite particles, dissolved oxygen in mud water, and free hydrogen ion H + is formed in this part, so that the corrosion reaction of the steel frame and the reinforcing bar is promoted in this part, and the elution of iron ions is further enhanced. It will flourish. Then, the supply of the iron ions results in a larger amount of bentonite particles being aggregated and adsorbed on the surfaces of the steel frame and the reinforcing bar.

As a method for preventing the adsorption of bentonite particles on the surface of the steel frame and the reinforcing bar, a method has been proposed in which the steel frame and the reinforcing bar are constantly polarized in the negative direction and the adsorption of the bentonite particles is prevented by an electric repulsive force ( For example, Japanese Patent Publication Sho 47-1
No. 8691). According to this method, a constant direct current is constantly applied to the steel frames and reinforcing bars immersed in muddy water with the steel frames and reinforcing bars as negative electrodes as shown in FIG. 9, whereby the steel frames and reinforcing bars are polarized in the negative direction. By so doing, it is possible to prevent the bentonite particles from adsorbing to the steel frame and the reinforcing bar.

“Problems to be Solved by the Invention” By the way, the conventional bentonite particle adsorption preventing method (hereinafter, referred to as a direct current energization method) is to constantly add a constant direct current to a steel frame and a reinforcing bar, thereby adsorbing bentonite particles. Since the potential of the steel frame and reinforcing bar surface in the welded part and rusted part is different from the potential of other parts, it is possible to obtain a certain bentonite adsorption prevention effect over the entire steel frame and reinforcing bar. Was difficult. Further, since a direct current applied to the steel frame and the reinforcing bar to prevent the adsorption of bentonite becomes a large current, there is a problem in its safety and economical efficiency. Further, the direct current method has a problem that a large amount of bentonite particles are also adsorbed on the positive electrode, which hinders the addition of a constant direct current to the steel frame and the reinforcing bar.

In this case, it is preferable that the steel frame or the reinforcing bar is divided into a plurality of blocks, and each of these blocks is polarized in a negative direction in a predetermined order. It is also preferable to detect the surface potential of the steel frame or reinforcing bar and polarize the steel frame or reinforcing bar so that this potential is maintained at a predetermined potential or higher.

[Operation] In the present invention, since the steel frame and the reinforcing bar are intermittently polarized in the negative direction, the time for energizing the steel frame and the reinforcing bar and the positive electrode for polarization is shortened. Further, when the steel frame or reinforcing bar is divided into a plurality of blocks and each block is sequentially polarized,
A large-capacity power source is not required for the polarization power source, and this power source can be used efficiently. When the surface potential of the steel frame or reinforcing bar is maintained above a certain level, the surface potential of the steel frame or reinforcing bar becomes constant throughout.

First, the rebar 3 connected to the DC power supply 6 is inserted into the underground hole 1, and the insertion depth is changed, and similarly the DC power supply 6 is inserted.
, 4d are connected to the counter electrodes 4a, 4b ,.
Next, while monitoring the surface potential of the reinforcing bar 3 with the electrodes 5a, ...
One of the counter electrodes 4a, ... (eg, the top counter electrode 4a)
Is used as a positive electrode so that the reinforcing bar 3 and the counter electrode 4a are intermittently energized by the DC power source 6 and the time controller 7 for a certain period of time so that the surface potential of the reinforcing bar 3 is maintained at a potential higher than that capable of preventing adsorption of bentonite particles. At this time, as the positive electrode, for example, only the counter electrode 4a is energized.
The potential of the portion 3a having a depth mainly corresponding to the counter electrode 4a is increased, and therefore, the adsorption of bentonite particles in this portion 3a is mainly prevented. And the counter electrode 4 which is not energized
The surface potentials of the reinforcing bars 3 are constantly monitored also at the electrodes 5b, ... Of b, ..., In order to prevent the surface potential from dropping below a potential capable of preventing adsorption of bentonite particles, the counter electrodes 4a ,.
Energize 4d. As a result, the rebar 3 is constantly given a constant potential necessary to prevent the adsorption of bentonite particles, and the time for energizing the counter electrodes 4a, ... Is significantly shortened as compared with the conventional DC energization method. Therefore, the amount of bentonite particles adsorbed on the counter electrodes 4a, ... Can be suppressed, and the DC power supply 6 required for energization does not require a large-scale equipment power supply. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a certain bentonite adsorption prevention effect over the entire steel frame and reinforcing bar, and it is possible to suppress the adsorption of bentonite on the positive electrode, and to realize a safer and more economical concrete construction method. it can.

1) Current density to prevent adsorption Immerse rusted rebar 3 in muddy water Energize for 36 hours at a constant current density -A (10mA / m 2 to 1000mA / m 2 ) (see Fig. 9) Bentonite adsorption amount (mg / cm 2 )
Calculate the adsorption amount without energization as 100%. 2) Adsorption amount of bentonite on the counter electrode 4 Adsorption amount of bentonite is calculated according to 1). The experimental results obtained by the above method are It is shown in FIGS. 3 to 4. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the relationship between the current density and the amount of adsorption to the reinforcing bar 3 in the direct current method. In FIG. 3, the adsorbed amount decreases as the current density increases, and almost reaches the equilibrium value when the current density is 250 mA / m 2 or more. From this, it is understood that if the current density is 250 mA / m 2 or more, the bentonite adsorption preventing effect can be expected. Further, FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the relationship between the current density and the amount of adsorption to the counter electrode 4 in the direct current application method. As the current density increases,
It can be seen that the adsorption amount increases linearly.

From the above results, the current density is 250m in the direct current method.
At A / m 2 , it is possible to prevent the adsorption of bentonite particles, but when a large number of reinforcing bars 3 are actually used in the field, a large amount of power is required and the adsorption of bentonite particles on the counter electrode 4 is required. It was found that constant current control is difficult due to the large amount.

1) Polarization characteristics of pulse current method Immerse rusted rebar 3 in muddy water Fix silver-silver chloride electrode 5 in contact with rebar Current density 250mA / m 2 , pulse width 20 minutes, pulse repetition period 50 Pulse energization for 18 hours (See Fig. 8) Record the potential change of rebar 3 and counter electrode 4 after deenergization 2) Relationship between pulse width and adsorption amount Rusted rebar 3 is immersed in mud water Do not energize for 30 minutes, set the current density to 250mA / m 2 and change the pulse width to 5, 10, 20, 30 minutes, and energize for 18 hours. Calculation Results obtained by the above method are shown in FIGS. FIG. 5 is a diagram showing polarization characteristics of the pulse energization method as a function of time after stopping energization. In FIG. 5, in the counter electrode 4, a sharp decrease in the electric potential is observed after stopping the energization, but in the reinforcing bar 3, a relatively slow increase in the electric potential (decrease in absolute value) is observed. That is, even after the energization is stopped, the reinforcing bar 3 is maintained at a base potential for a long time, so that the effect of preventing bentonite adsorption can be obtained without constantly energizing the reinforcing bar 3 as in the conventional DC energizing method. Therefore, based on the past knowledge and the polarization characteristics obtained from the experimental results of this time, it is assumed that the surface potential of the reinforcing bar 3 at which the bentonite is adsorbed to the reinforcing bar 3 is −760 mV, and the reinforcing bar 3 has a lower potential.
It was found that the bentonite particles can be prevented from being adsorbed by polarizing.

Next, FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the relationship between the pulse width and the amount of bentonite particles adsorbed on the reinforcing bar 3 and the counter electrode 4. For reference, the amount of bentonite particles adsorbed in the direct current method is also shown. In FIG. 6, as the pulse width increases,
The amount of bentonite adsorbed on the reinforcing bar 3 is reduced, and if the pulse width is 20 minutes or more, the same effect as that of the direct current method can be obtained. Although not shown, the required power amount at this time is
It is 1/2 or less as compared with the case of the direct current method. Further, in the pulse energization method, the amount of bentonite adsorbed on the counter electrode 4 can be suppressed to about 2/5 as compared with the DC energization method.

From the experimental results shown above, the pulse current method suppresses the adsorption of bentonite on the counter electrode 4 and does not require the large-capacity DC power supply 6, and therefore can safely and economically prevent the adsorption of bentonite on the reinforcing bar. It turned out to be Further, according to this experiment, the limit surface potential of the reinforcing bar 3 at which bentonite can be adsorbed on the reinforcing bar 3 can be measured. Therefore, from this result, the surface potential of the reinforcing bar 3 is constantly monitored by the electrode 5, and if current is applied so as to maintain the surface potential of the reinforcing bar 3 above this potential, the adsorption of bentonite on the reinforcing bar 3 is reliably and uniformly prevented. be able to. Then, as in the apparatus shown in FIG. 1, by dividing the reinforcing bar 3 into a plurality of blocks and sequentially energizing each block in accordance with the above conditions, it is possible to efficiently use the DC power supply 6.

"Effects of the Invention" As described in detail above, according to the present invention, by intermittently polarizing the negative direction of the steel frame or the reinforcing bar inserted in the clay mud water, to the said steel frame or the reinforcing bar of the clay particles such as bentonite. While constructing a concrete construction method such as building a steel frame, reinforced concrete while preventing the adsorption of the, the time to energize the steel frame and the reinforcing bar and the positive electrode is significantly shortened compared to the conventional bentonite particle adsorption prevention method, Therefore, it becomes possible to suppress the amount of bentonite particles adsorbed by the counter electrode that is inserted into the muddy water as the positive electrode, and the required electric power is reduced.

Further, when the steel frame or reinforcing bar is divided into a plurality of blocks and each of these blocks is polarized in the negative direction in a predetermined order, a large-capacity power source is not required for the power source for polarization, and this power source It is possible to use it efficiently. Then, the surface potential of the steel frame or reinforcing bar is detected, and when the steel frame or reinforcing bar is polarized so that this potential is maintained at a predetermined potential or higher, the predetermined potential is the bentonite adsorption limit to the steel frame or reinforcing bar. If the potential is set to, the electric potential necessary for preventing the adsorption of bentonite particles is constantly applied to the steel frame and the reinforcing bar, so that it is possible to obtain a certain bentonite adsorption preventing effect over the entire steel frame and the reinforcing bar.
