根梁と、家屋本体の前記壁面に沿いかつ付属屋根梁と同
高の本体梁材との間に、鋼製の枠組の内部に木質の大
引、根太を架け渡した屋内用床パネルを、前記付属屋根
梁、本体梁材に側設した受片上に載置し架け渡すととも
に、前記床パネル上に、断熱材を用いて成形した固形か
つ軽量の断熱床材を敷設しかつその上面を雨仕舞したこ
とを特徴とするバルコニー床構造。1.
