Action A purification filter formed by arranging a plurality of wound layers with many substantially uniform voids of antibacterial short fiber yarn bundles around a cylindrical core with many holes is used as a circulation conduit for bath water. By installing, innumerable long bent water channels are formed toward the cylindrical core in the purification filter, the filtration area is increased, the pressure loss is reduced, the life is improved, and the antibacterial property is short. By using the fiber yarn bundle, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the removal rate of fine particles due to the voids in the fiber fluff and to suppress the propagation of sterilizers.

FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing a bath small purification device of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic perspective view of a purification filter of the bath water purification device. In FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the bath water purifying apparatus 1 is arranged between the circulation pipes 5a and 5b which connect the lower outlet 3 and the upper inlet 4 of the bathtub 2 to each other. In this bath water purification device 1, a circulation pump 6 and a filtration chamber 7 are sequentially installed from the upstream side, and a purification filter 8 is further installed in the filtration chamber 7. The water in the bathtub 2 passes through the circulation pipe (outward) 5a from the outlet 3 and comes into contact with the purification filter 8 in the filtration chamber 7 by the circulation pump 6 of the bath water purification apparatus 1. Hair and scales in the water are removed by the purification filter 8, and the water returns from the inflow port 4 to the bathtub 2 via the circulation conduit (return path) 5b. On the other hand, a jet device 9 is installed at the inflow port 4, and air is blown in via the flow pipe 10 by the ejector effect to generate bubbles. Since the jet device 9 promotes a sweating action, a washing action, a blood circulation promoting action, etc., it not only has the effect of realizing a comfortable bathing time, but also has the effect of increasing the circulation efficiency of the water in the bathtub 2 to perform purification efficiently. Also has.

The purification filter 8 is formed by arranging a plurality of winding layers 8c having many uniform voids of the antibacterial short fiber yarn bundle 8b around a cylindrical core 8a having many holes. Innumerable long bent water channels are formed from the surface of the layer toward the cylindrical core 8a. The antibacterial short fiber yarn bundle 8b is formed by bundling a plurality of short fiber yarns (spun yarns) containing an antibacterial substance inside the fiber or attached to the outside with a binder or the like. The surface has irregularities due to appropriate fluff and twist. This bundle of antibacterial short fiber yarns 8b has a large number of substantially uniform voids 12 formed on the cylindrical core 8a by providing the winding (twill) overlap 11 with regularity. The antibacterial short fiber yarn bundle 8b includes silver-containing short fiber yarn, silver-attached short fiber yarn, nickel-attached short fiber yarn, copper-attached short fiber yarn, copper sulfide-attached short fiber yarn, and silicone quaternary ammonium salt-attached short yarn. At least one selected from the group consisting of fiber yarn, aromatic halogen compound-attached short fiber yarn, and metal phthalocyanine derivative-attached short fiber yarn is used.

Experiment 1 The cleaning effect was evaluated by variously changing the structure of the cleaning filter. That is, as shown in Table 1, the filter for purification is (conditions for this embodiment) (1) polyester short fiber yarns are used, and a bundle of fiber yarns obtained by twisting a plurality of polyester short fiber yarns is provided with regularity in the winding overlap. 13 voids that are almost uniform in the circumferential direction 12
Formed on a cylindrical core (Comparative Example) (2)
A polyester short fiber yarn is used, which is wound around a cylindrical core without any regularity in the winding of the fiber yarn bundle, (Comparative example) (3) The winding line of the fiber yarn bundle using the polyester long fiber yarn It has a regularity in the overlap and is wound around a cylindrical core with 13 voids formed in the circumferential direction. (Comparative example) (4) Polyester filament fibers It is wound around a cylindrical core without having any properties. This purification filter has an inner diameter of 29 mm, an outer diameter of 62 mm, and a length of 252 mm.
The number of voids seen in the outer peripheral line of the cross-section of this purification filter having a dimension of is shown as the number of voids in the circumferential direction.

On the other hand, a bath water purifying device in which these purifying filters were installed in a circulation pipe was attached to a domestic bathtub to monitor the market. In the experiment, cleaning was performed for 15 minutes after bathing at a circulating flow rate of 40 / min for long-term monitoring, and the pressure loss of the cleaning filter was measured for each bathing person. The results are shown in FIG.

As is clear from the results shown in FIG. 3, the purification filters of (1) of this example and (2) and (4) of the comparative example have smaller turbidity and are superior to those of the comparative example (3). It shows excellent purification characteristics.

Further, as is clear from the results of the market monitor of FIG. 4, the comparative example (3) does not exhibit the effect as a filter because the pressure loss does not increase, and therefore, it is out of the scope of the present example. The purification filter under the condition (1) has a significantly smaller increase in pressure loss and a longer life than the comparative examples (2) and (4).

Based on the above purification characteristics and life characteristics, (1) in this example in which a bundle of short fiber yarns is wound with a regularity in a winding overlap, is compared with (2), (3), ( It can be seen that the cleaning property is superior to that of 4) and the life is long. The reason for this is that the purification filter in this example has a relatively large void that serves as a water flow path, and the fluffing of the short fiber yarn compensates for the decrease in the fine particle removal rate that accompanies it. The life can be improved without lowering the particle removal rate.

The experiment was conducted with 200 bath water (40 ° C) in which an adult male bathed.
Was purified with the bath water purifier of this example at a circulation flow rate of 40 / min for 15 minutes, and then water was discharged, and the next day, fresh hot water (40 ° C., residual chlorine 0.1 to 0.2 ppm, number of bacteria 0 (/ ml) was filled in a bath (200) and circulated for 5 minutes, and the number of bacteria in the warm water after 5 minutes of circulation was measured. The results are shown in Table 2.

As is clear from Table 2, the filter for purification using the antibacterial short fiber yarn was able to prevent bacterial contamination of fresh water.
The antibacterial agent is attached in an amount of 0.01 to 5 wt% with respect to the fiber yarn bundle. Among these antibacterial short fiber yarns, polyester short fiber yarns containing silver-supported zeolite and cotton yarns to which a silicone quaternary ammonium salt is adhered are particularly excellent in the fungal growth suppression effect. The purification filter made of this antibacterial short fiber yarn does not reduce the effect of suppressing bacterial growth even if a market monitor that repeats a cycle of purifying for 15 minutes at a circulation flow rate of 40 / min about 1500 times is carried out for one year. None, it continues to be effective for a long time.

In the present example in which the jet device 9 is installed, the turbidity of the bath water is lower than that of the comparative example having no jet device, and excellent purification characteristics are shown. This is because the jet device 9 improves the circulation of water,
This is because water passes through the purification filter 8 efficiently.

Effect of the Invention As described above, in the bath water purifying apparatus of the present invention, a plurality of winding layers having a large number of substantially uniform voids of the antibacterial short fiber yarn bundle are provided around the cylindrical core having a large number of holes. Since the formed purifying filter is installed in the filtration chamber provided in the circulation path of the bath water, the filtration area is increased, the pressure loss is reduced, the life is improved, and the fluff of the antibacterial short fiber yarn bundle is also provided. The presence of water does not lower the particle removal rate, further suppresses the growth of bacteria, cleans the bath water for a long time, and enables comfortable bathing.
