面取りされた板金ブランク13は、プレス加工され、第
6図に示すように所定の形状の板金部品となり、この板
金部品は第4図および第5図に示すように、突出片14

のい前に、上記各突出片の端縁部をプレス加工により面
取り加工することにより、突出片の端縁部を切削バイト
によって切削時に端縁部から発生する切削バリの発生を
抑え、切削工程後に行われていた手作業によるバリ取り
