【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は熱間圧延線材をコイル状に巻き取る機械に関す

[従来の技術とその問題点] 圧延機または熱処理炉から抽出された高温時の熱間圧延
線材をコイル状に巻き取る機械として従来から第3図に
示したような複雑な構造のものが知られている。この機
械について簡単にその構造を説明すれば、フロアに基台
aを設置し、中空状の回転軸bを該基台aの軸受c,cに
よつて鉛直に支持し、該回転軸上に回転台dを設け、該
回転台d上に筒状外ドラムeを設け、回転軸bはモータ
fによつて回転動するように傘歯車g,gによつて連結
し、さらに回転台d上に中心軸iの上端に固着した昇降
デイスクhを設け、該中心軸iは回転軸b中に貫挿され
その下端をスラスト軸受jにより回転自在に支承し、該
軸受jをリンクkを介してL形連結杆lの一端に連結
し、該連結杆lは軸受mに支承し、他端にシリンダnを
連結し、該シリンダnの作動で中心軸iが昇降して昇降
デイスクhが昇降動するようになつている。なお、oは
回転台d中のピンpによつて枢支された巻芯部材で、該
巻芯部材oは基台aの上のシリンダqによつて傾動し得
るようになつている。このように構成された巻取機では
モータfの駆動により線材を昇降デイスクh上の巻芯部
材o外側に巻き取り、一定量巻き取り終えたらモータf
を停止させシリンダnを作動させて昇降デイスクhを上
昇させることによりその線材コイルを外ドラムe上に取
り出し得る。しかしてこの巻取機では上記の線材コイル
の取り出しを容易にするため昇降デイスクhを設けてな
るがそのために地下深くに中心軸iを垂下させさらにシ
リンダnを地下に設けねばならないなど設置が容易でな
く機械的にも複雑となるので設備コストがかかる難点が
あると共に、取り出した線材コイルを次行程に運搬する
のに該線材コイルを何らかの手段で挾んで支持しなけれ
ばならないこととなるため疵付け易いなどの欠点があつ

に該スイフトのフランジ部を支持するターンテーブル
と、該スイフトをターンテーブル上に着脱自在に固定さ
せるクランプと、該ターンテーブルを水平面内で回転動
させるモータと、該ターンテーブルの外周縁部にスイフ
トの周囲を線材の巻回空間を隔てて囲うように形成され
た筒状外ドラムとよりなり、線材を巻回したスイフトを
前記係留部にて吊下してターンテーブル上から吊出自在

[実施例] 次に本発明の一実施例を第1図、第2図に従つて説明す
る。この巻取機はフロアに浅いピツト1を堀りその上に
基台2を固設し、該基台2の中心上下部に軸受3,4を設
け、該軸受3,4に回転軸5を鉛直姿態なるように支承す
る。6はフロア上に横置きされたモータ、7は該モータ
の回転軸8を支持する軸受、9は該回転軸8の先端に固
設された傘歯車で、該傘歯車9は前記回転軸5の外周に
固設された傘歯車10と噛合する。基台2の上部外周には
上面が平坦な環状の昇降枠11がシリンダ12の作動によつ
て上下動可能なるように設けられている。回転軸5の上
部にはターンテーブル13が固設され該ターンテーブルに
は以下にて説明するクランプ機構が設けられている。即
ち、ターンテーブル13の底部に支軸14を設け該支軸14に
L形のクランプ15を枢支し、該クランプ15の上端をター
ンテーブル13の上面より突出させると共に他端をターン
テーブル13の外周面より突出させここに転子16を設け該
転子16を前記昇降枠11の上面に滑動自在に当接させる。
17はターンテーブル13の外周縁下側に設けられたバネボ
ツクスでその作用杆がクランプ15の転子16上を圧下して
いる。ターンテーブル13の外周縁部には該ターンテーブ
ルと略同径なる筒状外ドラム18が固設されている。しか
して20はターンテーブル13上に着脱自在に支持されるス
イフトである。該スイフト20は円板状のフランジ部20a
の上面中心に横断面十状で上方に向いテーパ状に細くな
る巻芯20bが形成され、該巻芯20bの上端に透孔よりなる
係留部20cが形成されている。そしてフランジ部20aの下

上ではデイスクの昇降機構を要しないので大幅に安く製
