ラムに近接する送り羽根を巻回したコーン状の送り軸を
支架するとともに、この送り軸の小径側におけるスクリ
ーンドラムに連接させて原料投入用のホッパーを設け、
そのホッパーの底部に前記送り軸の小径部を延出し、こ
の小径部内に設けた洗滌水の供給路をスクリーンドラム
の入口部内で開口させ、さらに、スクリーンドラムの回

運転が可能である。尚、スクリーンドラムの入口部のス

軸で、その周部にスクリーンドラム1の内面に近接する
螺旋状の送り羽根7を巻回している。符号8は篩渣投入
用のホッパーで、その底部には送り軸6の小径部が延長
して設けられており、この送り軸6の内部には洗滌水の
供給路9が設けてあり、この供給路9はスクリーンドラ
ム1の入口部において、その内部に開口させてある。符
号10はその洗滌水の噴出口である。また、符号11はスク
リーンドラムの回転周辺に設けた洗滌管で多数の洗滌ノ
ズル11aが設けてある。尚、送り軸6は図示を省略して
いるが図中左方から入力して駆動されるものである。こ
のように構成した篩渣の脱水装置では、篩渣はホッパー
8に投入され、その底部に設けた送り軸6の送り羽根7
によってスクリーンドラム1内へと送られつつ、噴出口
10からの洗滌水によって、その砂泥等が洗滌されたの
ち、送り軸6の大径部へと送られることによって圧搾脱
水され、スクリーンドラム1の他端から取出される。一
方、スクリーンドラム1の入口部で洗滌分離された砂泥
は該部のスクリーンドラム1の目を抜けて取出される。
また、スクリーンドラムが目詰りしたときには、洗滌ノ
ズル11aによって洗滌水を噴射してこれを再生すること
ができ連続運転が可能である。尚、洗滌後の砂泥の処理
装置について図示していないが、受皿を設けて洗滌水と
ともに受け止め、簡単に取出すことができるものであ
