【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)本発明は、例えばコンクリート構
造物に於いて、型枠を固定する為に用いられるセパレー
ターを長ネジで調節する場合に、回転を固定する必要が
ある。その回転を固定する事に用いられる金物に関す
る。
(従来の技術)セパレーターの片側を長ネジで調節する
場合、その回転を固定する為には、ナットで固定するか
溶接で固定するのが一般的であるが、双方とも手間がか
かる上に、手の届かない場合は不可能である。
(発明による作用)本発明による場合は、回転を固定し
ようとする位置に於いて、回り止め部の先端部をく事に
より容易に目的を達する事が出来る、又手の届かない場
合は桟木等の補助棒を用いて叩く事が出来る。
(実施例)以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基ずいて詳述
する。第1図は本発明の実施例の斜視図でありパイプの
両端を絞り加工し雌ネジ部(1a)を持った調節金物
(1)に溶接て接合一体化された回り止め部(2)によ
り構成されており、回り止め部(2)には 雌ネジ部
(1a)と同軸の位置に調節用ネジが通る固定用の穴
(2b)がありその両端には切り欠き(2c)を設け穴
が確実に変形するようにして有る、先端部(2a)には
桟木が滑りにくい様に角度を付け切り欠き(2d)が入
れて有る。第2図は、第1図の金物に長ネジを入れ先端
部を叩き回り止めを施したときの断面拡大図である。第
3図はその使用例であり、建築構造物にあってコンクリ
ート打設用型枠(3)を固定する為に既構築物や山止め
壁(4)等に、溶接等で取り付けられた本発明の調節用
金物(5)と長ネジを持ったセパレーター(6)で調節
し、その回り止めを桟木(7)を介し先端部を叩き固定
