【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野)本発明は、例えばコンクリート構
造物に於いて、型枠を固定する為に用いられるセパレー
ターを長ネジで調節する場合に、回転を固定する必要が
ある。その回転を固定する事に用いられる金物に関す
る。 (従来の技術)セパレーターの片側を長ネジで調節する
場合、その回転を固定する為には、ナットで固定するか
溶接で固定するのが一般的であるが、双方とも手間がか
かる上に、手の届かない場合は不可能である。 (発明による作用)本発明による場合は、回転を固定し
ようとする位置に於いて、回り止め部の先端部をく事に
より容易に目的を達する事が出来る、又手の届かない場
合は桟木等の補助棒を用いて叩く事が出来る。 (実施例)以下本発明の一実施例を図面に基ずいて詳述
する。第1図は本発明の実施例の斜視図でありパイプの
両端を絞り加工し雌ネジ部(1a)を持った調節金物
(1)に溶接て接合一体化された回り止め部(2)によ
り構成されており、回り止め部(2)には 雌ネジ部
(1a)と同軸の位置に調節用ネジが通る固定用の穴
(2b)がありその両端には切り欠き(2c)を設け穴
が確実に変形するようにして有る、先端部(2a)には
桟木が滑りにくい様に角度を付け切り欠き(2d)が入
れて有る。第2図は、第1図の金物に長ネジを入れ先端
部を叩き回り止めを施したときの断面拡大図である。第
3図はその使用例であり、建築構造物にあってコンクリ
ート打設用型枠(3)を固定する為に既構築物や山止め
壁(4)等に、溶接等で取り付けられた本発明の調節用
金物(5)と長ネジを持ったセパレーター(6)で調節
し、その回り止めを桟木(7)を介し先端部を叩き固定
している図面である。
