【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は特定の薬品により処理さ
れた皮革製品に関し、優れた表面光沢、手触り、柔軟性
を有する皮革製品に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、天然皮革に表面光沢を付与する方
法として加脂剤を塗布する方法、合成樹脂層を転写する
方法（特開昭５４−１４０７０１号）等が知られている
が、これらは臭気が激しかつたり、転写工程を必要とす
るという問題点を有している。
【０００３】
【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の目的は臭気が
なく優れた表面光沢、手触り、柔軟性を有する天然皮革
製品を提供することにある。
【０００４】
【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は動物、植物又は
鉱物性の油性材料及び高級脂肪酸エステルの混合物によ
り処理された天然皮革製品に係る。
【０００５】本発明において動物、植物又は鉱物性の油
性材料としては例えばスクアラン、流動パラフイン、ワ
セリン等を挙げることができる。又、高級脂肪酸エステ
ルとしては例えばミリスチン酸オクチルデシル、２−エ
チルヘキサン酸セチル、ステアリン酸２−エチルヘキシ
ル等を挙げることができる。
【０００６】又、本発明においては上記の油性材料、高
級脂肪酸エステル以外にすべり性を向上させる目的でア
ミノシリコン等の添加剤を加えることも任意である。ア
ミノシリコンとしては例えばジメチルポリシロキサン、
ジフエニルシリコン、カルボキシル変性シリコン、エポ
キシ変性シリコンなどを挙げることができる。
【０００７】上記処理剤を用いて皮革に加工する方法と
しては最終工程でスプレー加工する方法が好ましい。シ
ンナー溶液、エマルジヨン液としてスプレーするのが好
ましい。
【０００８】本発明において皮革製品としては種々のも
のを用いることができ、例えば革製コート、オーバー、
革靴、革製ジヤンパー、革製バツク、スニーカー、ブー
ツを含む靴類、レインコート、手袋、靴の中敷等を挙げ
ることができる。又、皮革は牛、豚、羊等の各種のもの
を挙げることができる。

【実施例】本発明について実施例を挙げて説明する。
【００１０】実施例１ スクアラン 7.5％、ミリスチン酸オクチルデシル 7.5
％、アミノシリコン 15％（ＫＦ−880 信越化学工業株
式会社）を含むシンナー溶液を豚革１枚に対して 200cc
スプレーした後乾燥した。この皮革は表面光沢、手触
り、柔軟性において極めて優れていた。
【００１１】実施例２ スクアラン 7.5％、ミリスチン酸オクチルデシル 7.5
％、アミノシリコン 15％（ＫＦ−880 信越化学工業株
式会社）を含むエマルジヨン液を豚革１枚に対して 200
ccスプレーした後乾燥した。この皮革は表面光沢、手触
り、柔軟性において極めて優れていた。

【発明の効果】本発明の表面処理された天然皮革製品は
臭気がなく表面光沢、手触り、柔軟性において極めて優
れたものである。

    級脂肪酸エステルの混合物により処理された天然皮革製
    品。
