Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the safe visibility according to the rain quantity by installing a washer tank and a water tank, alternately spraying washer liquid and water when a rain water sensor senses rain, operate a wiper, and vary the operation speed of the wiper according to the rain quantity sensor. CONSTITUTION:A washer tank 1 and a water tank 8 are installed. Further, a rain water sensor 9 and a rain quantity sensor 10 are installed, and the output signals of both the sensors 9 and 10 are inputted into a microcomputer. When the rain water sensor 9 senses rain fall through the microcomputer, pumps 2 and 2 are drivingly controlled, and a washing liquid and water are alternately sprayed on a windshield automatically, and wipers 5 and 6 are operated to wipe the windshield 7. Further, according to the rain quantity detected by the rain quantity sensor 10, each speed of the reciprocating movements of the wipers 5 and 6 is varied, and the visibility of the windshield 7 is kept properly.

(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a wiper of an automobile or the like, a wiper tank 1 as shown in FIG. 1 and a manual wiper from a driver's seat have been mainly used. In addition, this method has a drawback that dust and dirt are left on the windshield 7 as stripes because the washout after washing is completely lacking, and the safety field of view is sometimes obstructed.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) A conventional manual operation from the driver's seat is made automatic by providing a rainwater sensor 9 and a rainfall sensor 10 connected to a microcomputer. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, by newly providing a tank 8 for washing water only, the washer liquid 1
By alternately spraying water and water 8 onto the windshield 7, a safe view is maintained.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The rainwater sensor 9 and the rainfall sensor 10 are connected to a microcomputer. When the rainwater sensor 9 detects rain by the action of the microcomputer, the washer liquid 1 and the water 8 are automatically sprayed alternately on the windshield 7 so that the wipers 5, 6 start reciprocating motion. When the rainfall sensor 10 senses the amount of rainfall, the reciprocating movements of the wipers 5 and 6 are automatically adjusted to keep the safety field of view in accordance with the rainfall amount so that the safety field of view of the windshield 7 is maintained.

(Operation) By using a microcomputer, the conventional manual method can be automated, and by spraying washer liquid 1 and water 8 on the windshield 7 alternately, dust and dirt can be washed off cleanly. The safety view of the windshield 7 is maintained.

(Example) As shown in Fig. 2, a washer tank 1 and a tank 8 containing only water are provided. A rainwater sensor 9 and a rainfall sensor 10 are provided, and both sensors are connected to a microcomputer. Rainwater sensor 9 by the function of the microcomputer
When the rain is detected, the washer liquid 1 and water 8 are automatically added.
Are alternately sprayed on the windshield 7. Immediately thereafter, the wipers 5 and 6 automatically move to clean the windshield 7 and maintain the safety view of the windshield 7. Further, by the function of the microcomputer, the rain amount sensor 10 senses the amount of rain, so that the wipers 5 and 6 automatically move at a speed that maintains the safety view of the windshield according to the amount of rain. Also, when it does not rain, dirt can be removed by the conventional method or by providing a dust sensor.

(Effects of the device) It is possible to prevent dust and dirt from being left behind from time to time, to be completely safe and to maintain a visual field, to keep the driver's safety and to be very useful in daily life. It is also very convenient because it automatically senses rain and the wiper moves and keeps a safe view depending on the amount of rain.
