て、 前記第1係止孔部(4A)の内周縁部(14A)に係止

成して前記第1連結部(R1)を構成し、前記バンド部
(5)の内周部に弾性板(8)を重合すると共に、前記
弾性板(8)を前記バンド部(5)の周方向に延出して
延出端部(8A)を形成し、前記係止部(6)を前記第
1係止孔部(4A)の内周縁部(14A)に係止させ
て、前記延出端部(8A)を前記固定側部材(1)に接
当させた状態で、前記弾性板(8)がその弾性復元力で
