するコンピューター自動制御方式の提供。 【構成】 合成波発生器の出力を、標準器とするカウン
ター、レベルメーター及び低周波用アナライザーの入力
へ、それぞれ測定項目、毎に与え、コンピューターで制
御する。次に、合成波発生器の出力を、オシロスコープ
で観測する。プリンターは測定データーを作成する。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は正弦波、矩形波、三角波、等の合成波形を備えている合成波発生器 の特性をコンピューター測定により、規格の判断をするリストである。
〔従来の技術〕
手動 〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕 合成波発生器の特性測定を自動化する。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
コンピュータープログラムの設計 〔作用〕 １）図１は周波数、周波数特性、歪率、出力減衰器の測定 ア）コンピューターから合成発生器へ周波数の動作信号を送り、標準器とする カウンターへ解読信号を送って、データーを読み込む。
イ）次に、周波数特性はレベルメーターで、歪率及び出力減衰器は低周波用ア ナライザーで、それぞれデーターを読み込む。
ウ）解読値は規格を通り、コンピューターが良歪を判断して測定データーとす る。
２）合成波形の観測 ア）コンピューターから合成波発生器へ動作信号を送り、それぞれの出力波形 をオシロスコープで観測する。
イ）波形歪がある場合はＮＧ、正常な場合はＯＫと判断する。
〔実施例〕
合成波発生器の特性測定 ア）周波数 イ）周波数特性 ウ）歪率 エ）出力減衰器 オ）波形歪 〔考案の効果〕 ア）合成波発生器の特性不良を検出できる。
イ）測定が速く正確に出来る。
ウ）データーの読み取り誤差が少なくプリントできる。
