That is, openings 25 and 26 are formed in the terminal portion 24, and the lead wire connection portion 23a and the fitting portion 23b of the terminal 23 are fitted into the openings 25 and 26, respectively. Therefore, when fixing the end portion 27a of the lead wire 27 to the lead wire connecting portion 23a of the terminal 23, with the terminal 23 fitted in the case 21, insert the tip of the soldering iron inside the case 21. You have to do that work. Therefore, not only the workability is very poor, but also the work failure is likely to occur. In addition, since there are multiple terminals 23, it has been devised so that the external wiring can be connected correctly by coloring it, but in this conventional example, the lead wire 27 is correctly fixed to the terminal 23 from the outside of the case 21. I can't confirm whether.

A lead wire connected to the terminal; and a case having a pair of openings for fitting both end pieces of the terminal and an insertion groove into which the lead wire fits is formed at an edge of the opening, the both end pieces being the opening. The end portion of the lead wire is positioned in the insertion groove in a state of being fitted in the portion.

Since the lead wire is easily connected, the coating color of the lead wire can be confirmed from the outside through the insertion groove without deteriorating the appearance of the lead wire. Moreover, the terminals are formed in an inverted U shape,
Since the both end pieces are fitted into the pair of openings and the terminal screw is tightened through the terminal screw hole, the terminal can be easily attached. Also, since the lead wire fits in the insertion groove and both ends of the terminal fit in the opening, the inside cannot be seen through the insertion groove and the opening, and there is no risk of foreign matter entering. .

It is a top view showing the state where terminal 2 was fitted in terminal part 1a. As shown in FIG. 1, the terminal portion 1a of the case 1 has one end piece and a lead wire connecting portion.
A pair of openings 1b, 1c into which both end pieces (2a, 2b) of the inverted U-shaped terminal 2 to be 2a are fitted are formed. Two insertion grooves 1d and 1e are formed on opposite sides of the opening 1b. The lead wire 3 is pulled out from the inside of the case 1 by inserting it through the insertion groove 1d of the opening 1b, and as shown in FIG. 3, the insertion hole 2c formed in the lead wire connecting portion 2a near the bent portion of the terminal 2. The end portion 3a is inserted from the outer surface and soldered to the back side of the lead wire connecting portion 2a. While pulling the lead wire 3 into the case 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the lead wire connecting portion of the terminal 2
When the 2a and the fitting portion 2b are fitted into the openings 1b and 1c, respectively, the lead wire 3 is inserted into the insertion groove 1d, and the fixing portion 3b to which the end portion 3a is soldered is inserted into the insertion groove 1e. This is shown in FIG.

It is easy to inspect the connection state of the lead wire 3 by the color. Moreover, the lead wire 3 is not exposed to the outside so that the appearance is good. In addition, the terminal 2 is formed in an inverted U shape,
Since both end pieces (2a, 2b) are fitted in the pair of openings 1b, 1c and the terminal screw (not shown) is tightened through the terminal screw hole 4, the terminal 2 can be easily attached. Since the lead wire 3 is fitted in the insertion groove 1d and the lead wire connecting portion 2a of the terminal 2 is fitted in the opening 1b, the inside cannot be seen through the insertion groove 1d and the opening 1b. There is no risk of foreign matter entering. In addition, since the end portion 3a of the lead wire 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 2c of the terminal 2, it is difficult to apply a pulling force directly to the fixing portion 3b and the fixing position is fixed, so that the soldering work is performed easily. There is also an easy advantage.

Since I tried to fit it in the opening,
The lead wire can be easily connected and the coating color of the lead wire can be confirmed from the outside through the insertion groove without deteriorating the appearance of the lead wire. Moreover, since the terminal is formed in an inverted U shape and both end pieces thereof are fitted into the pair of openings and the terminal screw is tightened through the terminal screw hole, the terminal can be easily attached. Also, since the lead wire fits in the insertion groove and both ends of the terminal fit in the opening, the inside cannot be seen through the insertion groove and the opening, and there is no risk of foreign matter entering. There is an effect.
