[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] By preparing a large number of small decorative plate pieces having different colors and attaching them at random, it is possible to carry out a variety of construction work. However, since the natural wood veneer is a slice of natural wood, if it is used as a decorative board, it tends to be a decorative board having almost the same shade as the wood grain pattern. Further, even if a wood pattern is formed on the base sheet by the printing means, since the hues, densities, and saturations of the respective decorative boards are originally the same, they are divided into small pieces of the decorative board. However, even if these are joined together to form a decorative plate, the decorative plate has a joint pattern with the same shade, and there is a drawback that the change is poor.

As a countermeasure, it is conceivable to prepare various decorative boards having different colors, but it is necessary to prepare printing inks and printing plates of various different compositions, and even if many kinds of decorative boards can be prepared. The production efficiency is extremely poor because there is a trouble that it is necessary to select pieces of different colors after they are made into pieces of decorative board and then combine and ship them, or to select them at the time of use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides means for solving the above problems, in which one kind of wood grain pattern is printed on the surface of a base material, and a hue is provided above or below the pattern layer. , Forming another printing layer in which at least one of density or saturation changes stepwise or steplessly, and at least one of hue, density or saturation of the pattern changes stepwisely or steplessly Make a decorative sheet, and attach this decorative sheet to a substrate to make a decorative plate, divide this decorative plate into rectangular pieces of the same size with the longitudinal direction of the grain direction, and cut many decorative plate pieces. A method for manufacturing a decorative board is characterized in that the decorative board pieces are formed, and the decorative board pieces are appropriately arranged and attached to a base such as plywood.

According to the method of manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention, first, a decorative sheet having a change in color is produced in one decorative sheet on which one type of wood grain pattern is printed, and the decorative sheet is attached to a substrate to make up the makeup. After it is made into a board, it is cut into appropriate intervals and lengths and formed into small pieces of decorative board, which is then attached to a base such as plywood to produce, so the decorative boards have different shades. become.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a plan view illustrating a decorative sheet on which a wood pattern is printed according to the present invention. Since the plan view of the decorative plate obtained by pasting this decorative sheet is the same as that in FIG. 1, this figure is also the plan view for explaining the decorative plate produced by pasting this decorative sheet.

The decorative sheet 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a wood grain pattern 2 as a whole, and the color density is higher on the left side of the drawing, and the color density is lower toward the right side of the drawing. . In FIG. 1, for convenience, the wood grain is drawn by a line drawing, and halftone dots having a gradation (gradient of density) are overlapped to conveniently show the above state. Further, the left and right portions 3 and 3'in FIG. 1 usually indicate that there is a printing margin on the left and right of the decorative sheet on the surface of the decorative plate.

FIG. 2 is a graph showing how the color density of the pattern on the decorative plate changes, as shown in FIG.
Indicates that the color density linearly decreases from the left side to the right side as shown in FIG. 1, and A and B in the graph correspond to A and B in FIG. The same applies to the graph.

FIG. 2 (b) has a density gradient opposite to that shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2 (c) shows an example in which the central color has high density and both sides have low density. On the contrary, d) is low in the center,
An example is shown where both sides are high. 2 (a) to 2 (d), the change in color density is linear, but it may be curved. Alternatively, instead of a stepless one such as a straight line or a curved line, it may be a stepwise one as shown in FIG.

Although any printing method may be used, gravure printing, offset printing, offset gravure printing, silk screen printing and the like are usually used. As the usual ink composition, a vehicle obtained by kneading a pigment or dye colorant, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, other additives, and a diluent into a vehicle is used, and as the vehicle, for example, ethyl cellulose, ethyl hydroxycellulose, Cellulose acetate propionate, cellulose derivatives such as cellulose acetate, polystyrene, styrene resin such as poly-α-methylstyrene and styrene copolymer resin, polymethyl methacrylate, polyethyl methacrylate, polyethyl acrylate, polybutyl acrylate, etc. Homo or copolymer resin of acrylic or methacrylic resin,

The decorative sheet usually has a protective layer as the uppermost layer. Regarding the protective layer, it is preferable to add a release agent such as wax or silicone to the same composition as the ink composition for providing a pattern so that the surface of the protective layer has releasability. Alternatively, as the protective layer, a transparent resin sheet such as a transparent polyvinyl chloride resin sheet may be attached.

In this way, if a decorative sheet having a pattern in which at least one of hue, density or saturation changes in a stepwise or stepless manner can be made, the decorative sheet is attached to a substrate such as a vinyl chloride board to make up the makeup. (Application Example 1) A transparent polyvinyl chloride resin film having a thickness of 0.1 mm and a width of 920 mm, which is colored in brown, is overprinted with a wood grain pattern of oak (oak tree) using two printing plates. Then, using a gradation plate with gradation in the width direction as shown in Fig. 2 (a),
A brown ink was used to create a decorative sheet with a left and right density difference.

The surface of a vinyl chloride plate having a thickness of 3 mm and a width of 1000 mm was overlaid with the printing surface of the decorative sheet obtained above, heat-pressed and heat-sealed, and then the width in the direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the wood grain was obtained. A small piece of a decorative plate having a width of 100 mm and a length of 916 mm was produced. When the obtained decorative veneer pieces were arbitrarily arranged and pasted on a plywood base, changes in color density due to printing using a gradation plate appeared randomly, and the appearance was the same as when a natural veneer was applied. was gotten.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, one kind of wood grain pattern is printed on the surface of a substrate, and at least one of hue, density or saturation changes stepwise or steplessly above or below the pattern layer. Since another printed layer is formed, the decorative sheet obtained by this is attached to the substrate to form a decorative plate, and a large number of small decorative plate pieces with different colors can be prepared simply by cutting this decorative plate into a large number of small pieces. Because you can do it, you can get a variety of decorative boards by applying them randomly and enjoy the natural color change. Therefore, as in the past, printing inks and printing plates of various different compositions are prepared to prepare various decorative boards with different hues, and after these are made into decorative board pieces, those with different hues are selected and combined and shipped. It has a remarkable effect that a troublesome method such as selecting at the time of use becomes unnecessary. Moreover, in the practice of the present invention, the pattern plate and the gradation plate are formed separately, so that by using only the pattern plate, a general decorative board having a pattern without gradation can be obtained without newly manufacturing the pattern plate. There is also convenience. Also, at least one of hue, density or saturation
It is convenient that the present invention can be carried out by using a patterned plate of a decorative sheet for general decorative boards only by creating a gradation plate in which one gradually or steplessly changes.
