質繊維層（２）を有し、裏面にバッカー層（３）を有
し、木質繊維層（２）の上面に必要に応じて化粧層
（５）が施された床板。

Description
【０００１】
この考案は床板に関し、特に基材の構成に関する。
【０００２】
床板の基材としては、厚さ５〜１２ｍｍ程度のラワン材からなる合板や木質廃 材から得られる中密度繊維板（ＭＤＦ）が単体で使用され、その表面に０．３〜 １．２ｍｍ程度の天然木化粧単板が貼着され、基材の周縁端部には接合用の実加 工が施された構成の床板が一般的であった。

しかし、近年合板は森林保護の為の南洋材伐採制限に伴い、材料の原木が容易 に入手できず安定的に基材を供給できなくなっている。
【０００４】 一方、木材の廃材を利用し繊維化して接着剤で固化したＭＤＦ単体で構成され た床板用基材は、接合用の実加工が施された木口は繊維が露出している為、水分 が容易に侵入し、部分的に膨張したり基材全体に反りが発生したりする問題があ った。また、前記の接合用の実加工部分は繊維のみで構成されている為、合板と 比較して強度的に弱く信頼性に欠ける問題もあった。

この考案は、前記課題を解決する為に考案されたもので、配向性を有するよう 木片が積層され熱硬化性合成樹脂接着剤で接着された基材の表面に木質繊維板層 を有し、裏面にバッカー層を有し、木質繊維板層の上面に必要に応じて化粧層が 施されたことを特徴とする。

この考案において、床板の構成を前記の構成とするのは、木片成型層における 表面平滑性や表面硬度のムラを上面の木質繊維板層で解消させる一方、従来の木 質繊維板単体を基材とした床板における接合用の実加工部を木片成型層で形成さ れることにより強度の維持を図ること、および、床板裏面のバッカー層により床 板の反りおよび裏面からの水分の浸透を防止する為である。
【０００７】 以下、この考案を実施例に基づいて説明する。

図１はこの考案の床板の断面図で、１は基材、２は木質繊維板層、３はバッカ ー層、４は撥水層、５は化粧層、６は接合用の実を示す。
【０００９】 基材１は、一定厚さに配向性を有するように木片が積層されたものである。木 片間は熱硬化性合成樹脂接着剤により厚さ９ｍｍの板材（ＯＳＢ）として成型さ れている。熱硬化性合成樹脂接着剤としてはユリア樹脂、フェノール樹脂、メラ ミン樹脂、ユリア・メラミン共縮合樹脂が一般的に用いられ、実施例では耐水性 を考慮してユリア・メラミン共縮合樹脂接着剤を使用している。
【００１０】 基材１の上面には木質繊維板層２が形成されている。木質繊維板層２としては 中密度繊維板（ＭＤＦ）が一般的に用いられる。種類としては使用される接着剤 の種類により分類されており、ユリア樹脂、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ユ リア・メラミン共縮合樹脂のタイプがあり、実施例では耐水性を考慮して厚さ３ ｍｍのユリア・メラミン共縮合樹脂で接着した中密度繊維板を使用した。
【００１１】 基材１の下面にはバッカー層３が形成されている。バッカー層３としては木質 単板、メラミン樹脂含浸紙、ジアリルフタレート樹脂含浸紙、不織布などがあげ られる。実施例では厚さ１．０ｍｍの木質単板を貼着してバッカー層を構成して いる。
【００１２】 バッカー層３の表面（露出面）には撥水処理を施した。実施例では撥水剤とし てシリコン系ワックスを用い、スプレーで塗布した。
【００１３】 木質繊維層２の表面には化粧層５を施した。化粧層５としては厚さ０．３〜１ ．２ｍｍの天然木化粧単板、厚さ０．５〜１．０ｍｍの塩化ビニル樹脂シート、 ０．０５〜０．５ｍｍの印刷化粧紙などが一般的に用いられる。実施例では厚さ ０．３ｍｍのナラの化粧単板を貼着した。
【００１４】 施工性を向上させる為、基材１の周縁部に接合用の実を形成した。

この考案によれば、床板の構成を前記の構成としたことにより、木片成型層に おける表面平滑性や表面硬度のムラを上面の木質繊維板層で解消できる一方、従 来の木質繊維板単体を基材とした床板における接合用の実加工部を木片成型層で 形成されることにより強度の維持を図ることができる。また、基材全体は廃材や 間伐材など木材として価値の低いものから得られる為、資源の節減を図ることが できる。そして、床板の裏面にはバッカー層を設けているので、床板の反りおよ び裏面からの水分の浸透を防止し、床板の強度劣化を防止することができる。

- 【請求項１】 配向性を有するよう木片が積層され、熱
硬化性合成樹脂接着剤で接着された基材（１）の表面に
木質繊維板層（２）を有し、裏面にバッカー層（３）を
有し、木質繊維板層（２）の上面に必要に応じて化粧層
（５）が施されたことを特徴とする床板。
