Description

The present invention relates to a conductive connecting device suitable for application when an electrical component such as an interior light is attached to a painted surface of a conductive plate such as an inner surface of an automobile to establish a body ground.
【0002】[0002]
As a conventional technique of this kind, a body is grounded by making a hole in a coated surface of a conductive mounting body such as an automobile body and screwing a lead wire or a bus bar.
As an example thereof, there is a conventional one described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 4-49461. In this conventional example, a conductive member having a bent piece inserted in a hole formed adjacent to an attachment hole of an insulative mounted body is arranged on the surface of the mounted body and The conductive member disposing surface is brought into contact with the conductive mounting body, and the mounting body is tightly screwed into the hole of the conductive mounting body through the mounting hole to fold the conductive member. The tip of the bent piece is connected to the inner peripheral surface of the hole of the conductive mounting body by the conductor screw while crimping the inner surface of the screw head.
【0004】[0004]
In addition, with this conventional type, when mounting an interior light or the like by screwing it to the vehicle body, there is no reinforcing member especially on the inner surface or around the mounting hole of the plastic mounted object, so the strong fixing screw is used. There is a problem that the mounted body may be cracked or chipped off due to the screwing force, so that the mounting and mounting cannot be performed sufficiently satisfactorily.
Moreover, since the mounted body is mounted by contacting only the conductive member disposition surface with the mounted body, there is a problem that the mounting directionality is restricted. In other words, the conventional technology described above is troublesome in processing lead wires and busbars in places where it is not visible to people, such as rabbit corners and indoor parts such as interior lights and door switches. However, there are many problems such as the need for spring washers because the screws are loosened due to vibration.
[0006] Therefore, there is also a method of preventing partial damage of the mounted body due to the screwing by embedding the reinforcing ring by insert molding along the mounting hole. However, in this case, a means of plastic insert molding is used. Therefore, there is a problem that the molding cost becomes high.
Therefore, it is conceivable to simply press fit the reinforcing ring into the mounting hole or to fit it into the fitting hole. However, the press fitting requires a press machine and the workability is poor, and the ring fitting to the fitting fits outside. There was a problem that it was easily dropped off and a spring washer was still needed.
In order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, this invention inserts a bent piece of a conductive member along an inner surface of a mounting hole of a mounted body and then mounts the mounted body with a conductor screw. The conductive mounting body is screwed on to reinforce the surroundings of the mounting holes with bent pieces, eliminate the mounting directionality of the mounted body, and prevent the protrusion remaining part after the bent piece is screwed. The purpose is to prevent loosening of the conductor screw by contact friction and to eliminate the need for a spring washer.
【0009】[0009]
The above-mentioned object of the present invention is to install a conductive member disposed on the surface of an insulative mounting body by making it conductive from the mounting surface of the electrically conductive mounting body by slightly inserting it from the mounting hole of the insulating mounting body made of plastic or the like. A bent piece having a projection protruding to the inside is inserted into the mounting hole, a conductive member integrally formed with the bent piece is arranged on the surface of the mounted body, and the mounted body is made into a conductive mounting body. The conductive body inserted into the hole of the conductive mounting body through the bent piece in the mounting hole and tightly screwed the mounted body with the conductor screw to project the bent piece of the conductive member. This can be achieved by electrically connecting the tip of the remaining portion of the protrusion to the inner peripheral surface of the hole of the conductive mounting body with the conductor screw.
【0010】[0010]
With the conductor screw inserted through the bent piece into the mounting hole of the mounted body, when the mounted body is screwed into the hole of the conductive mounting body, it was placed along the inner surface of the mounting hole of the mounted body. The presence of the conductive bent piece allows the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole and the peripheral part of the mounting hole to be reinforced with the bent piece, so that the mounted object can be made electrically conductive without being scraped off or damaged by the screwing force of the conductor screw. It can be firmly screwed onto the painted surface of the attachment.
Then, at the time of this screwing, the bending piece of the conductive member is pressed against the coated surface of the conductive attachment body by the screwing force of the conductor screw, and the protrusion of the bending piece is forcibly pulled by the inner surface of the head of the conductor screw. Since the conductor screw is screwed into the mounting hole while sharpening it, the conductor screw can be screwed at a right angle to the conductive mounting body.
That is, the above-mentioned bent piece is a result in which most of the projection is scraped off and tightly sandwiched between the inside of the head of the conductor screw and the painted surface of the conductive mounting body by the projection remaining portion. The conductive member can be satisfactorily conductively connected to the conductive mounting body through the bent piece and the conductive screw at the inner peripheral surface of the hole.
The conductor screw after being screwed does not loosen deliberately by a disturbance such as vibration due to the strong elastic contact friction of the above-mentioned bent piece that is firmly inserted and abutted on the inner surface of the head. .
【0014】[0014]
Examples will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the basic structure of the present invention is such that when a conductive member disposed on the surface of an insulative mounted body is connected to the conductive mounting body so that the conductive member is mounted, as shown in FIG. A bending piece 4 having a protrusion 3 slightly protruding from the mounting hole 2 of the mounted body 1 is inserted into the mounting hole 2 as shown in FIG. 3, and the bending piece 4 is integrally formed with a conductive member such as a brass bus bar. 5 is disposed on the surface of the mounted body 1, for example, the flat groove 1a.
Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the surface on which the conductive member of the mounted body 1 is disposed is brought into contact with the conductive mounting body 7 made of metal such as a car door or a chassis, and as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the hole 8 of the conductive mounting body 7 or a conductor screw 9 such as a tapping screw inserted into the nut (not shown) welded to the conductive mounting body 7 through the mounting hole 2 is used to mount the mounting target as shown in FIG. By tightly screwing the body 1, the tip of the bent piece 4 of the conductive member 5 can be conductively connected to the inner peripheral surface of the hole 8 of the conductive mounting body 7 by the conductor screw 9.
Next, the operation of this invention will be described. The inner peripheral surface of the hole 8 formed in the conductive mounting body 7 is peeled off when drilling or burring, and as a result, the nuts welded to the inner peripheral surface of the hole 8 or the conductive mounting body 7 are removed. Is in a conductive state.
Further, the attached body 1 is screwed into the hole 8 of the conductive attachment body 7 with the conductor screw 9 inserted through the bending piece 4 into the attachment hole 2 of the attached body 1 as shown in FIG. In this case, since there is a conductive bent piece 4 along the inner surface of the mounting hole 2 of the mounted body 1, the bent piece 4 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 2 and around the mounting hole. It can be reinforced and the attached body 1 can be firmly screwed onto the painted surface of the conductive mounting body 7 as shown in FIG. 1 without being scraped off or damaged by the screwing force of the conductor screw 9.
Then, at the time of this screwing, the bending force 4 of the conductive member 5 is pressed against the coated surface of the conductive mounting body 7 by the screwing force of the conductor screw 9, and the protrusion 3 of the bending member 4 is fixed to the conductive screw 9. The conductor screw 9 is screwed into the mounting hole 2 while forcibly scraping and scraping on the inner surface of the head, so that the conductor screw 9 can be screwed to the conductive mounting body 7 at a right angle as shown in FIG.
That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the bent piece 4 is divided into the inner portion of the head of the conductor screw 9 and the painted surface of the conductive mounting body 7 in a state where most of the protrusion 3 is scraped off. As a result of being tightly sandwiched between the protrusion remaining portions 3a, the conductive member 5 is shown in FIG. 1 at the inner peripheral surface of the hole 8 in the conductive mounting body 7 via the bent piece 4 and the conductor screw 9. So that good conduction connection is possible.
Further, the conductor screw 9 after screwing is repelled by the minute remaining portion 3a of the protrusion 3 of the bent piece 4 which is firmly inserted and abutted on the inner surface of the head thereof as shown in FIG. Due to abutting friction, it will not loosen up deliberately by a disturbance such as vibration.
The shape of the bent piece 4 to be formed on the conductive member 5 is not limited to the above-mentioned curved tubular shape, and the bent piece 4 of various shapes is shown in each of FIGS. 5 to 7. Can be adopted.
Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the attached body 1 is described as an example in which the mounting surface of the conductive member 5 is attached so as to be in contact with the conductive mounting body 7, but the invention is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the protrusion 3 is formed on the surface of the conductive member 5 or on the lower part of the bent piece 4, and the conductive member non-arranged surface of the mounted body 1 is changed to the conductive mount 7 as shown in FIG. They may be brought into contact with each other and screwed with the conductor screw 9.
【0023】[0023]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects. When the mounted body 1 is screwed into the hole 8 of the conductive mounting body 7 with the conductor screw 9 inserted into the mounting hole 2 of the mounted body 1, the inside of the mounting hole 2 of the mounted body 1 is Due to the presence of the conductive bent piece 4, the inner peripheral surface of the mounting hole 2 and the peripheral part of the mounting hole can be reinforced by the bent piece 4, and the conductive screw 9 can scrape off or damage it. Instead, there is a practical benefit in terms of manufacturing that the mounted body 1 can be firmly screwed onto the coated surface 7a of the conductive mounting body 7.
Then, at the time of this screwing, the bending force 4 of the conductive member 5 is pressed against the coated surface of the conductive mounting body 7 by the screwing force of the conductor screw 9, and the protrusion 3 of the bending member 4 is fixed to the conductive screw 9. The conductor screw 9 is screwed into the mounting hole 2 while forcibly scraping and scraping on the inner side surface of the head, so the conductor screw 9 can be screwed to the conductive mounting body 7 at a right angle as shown in Fig. 1. After stopping, the conductor screw 9 does not loosen inadvertently due to external disturbance such as vibration due to the strong elastic contact friction of the bending piece 4 that is firmly inserted and abutted on the inner surface of the head, so the spring washer is not loosened. There is also an effect that it has become unnecessary.
In addition, the bent piece 4 is tightened by the remaining portion of the protrusion between the inner surface of the head of the conductor screw 9 and the painted surface of the conductive mounting body 7 in a state where most of the protrusion 3 is scraped off. As a result of the sandwiching, the conductive member 5 can be satisfactorily connected to the conductive mounting body 7 through the bent piece 4 and the conductive screw 9 at the inner peripheral surface of the hole 8, and this conductive state can be reliably maintained for a long period of time. There are many effects such as being able to have.
