Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in order to mitigate the intensive outflow of rainwater to sewer pipes (rainwater pipes and confluence pipes), measures such as rainwater regulating ponds (tanks) and infiltration of rainwater underground have been taken. These measures for rainwater are to reduce the inflow load of the sewage treatment plant and recharge the groundwater, and effective reuse of rainwater is not included in the target.

Therefore, there is a problem that rainwater cannot be used for stable reuse by continuously purifying rainwater because the demand does not coincide with the demand.

It comprises a storage tank and a filter tank for filtering the treated raw water discharged from the raw water treatment storage tank, and the precipitation treatment chamber and the storage chamber are separated by a partition plate, and the lower end of the partition plate and the raw water treatment An opening is provided between the bottoms of the storage tanks,
A discharge valve for discharging accumulated mud is provided at the bottom of the raw water treatment storage tank, and a siphon pipe is provided in the raw water treatment storage tank for allowing treated raw water to flow out to the filtration tank and adjusting the outflow amount to a constant level. Is composed of a tubular guide plate and a plug body which is engaged with the floating body, guided in the guide plate, and reciprocates according to the vertical movement of the water level. Here, the rainwater is collected and supplied into the sedimentation treatment chamber, and is prevented from flowing into the storage chamber as much as possible. Therefore, water is poured into or into the precipitation treatment chamber. The term “treated raw water” refers to rainwater obtained by separating sediment from sediment in a raw water treatment storage tank. The partition plate has an opening at the lower end between it and the bottom of the raw water treatment storage tank, but the upper end of the partition plate is between the sedimentation treatment chamber and the storage chamber, and in order to distribute the stored water in the event of a large amount of rainfall, maximum storage is possible. The height may be such that it is buried with respect to the water level. Since the accumulated mud discharge valve discharges the accumulated mud together with water, for example, a guide plate is provided apart from the mud discharge port so that the plug can reciprocate so that it can project from the lower end of the guide plate to the mud discharge port. You may In this case, the accumulated mud is discharged into the mud outlet through the gap between the mud outlet and the guide plate and sent into the mud pipe.

And a filtration tank for filtering the treated raw water. The precipitation treatment chamber and the storage chamber are separated by a partition plate, and an opening is provided between the lower end of the partition plate and the bottom of the raw water treatment storage tank. , A discharge valve for discharging accumulated mud is provided at the bottom of the raw water treatment storage tank, and a siphon pipe is provided in the raw water treatment storage tank for allowing treated raw water to flow out to the filtration tank and adjusting the outflow amount to a constant value. The valve is composed of a tubular guide plate and a plug body that is engaged with the floating body and guided in the guide plate and reciprocates depending on the vertical direction of the water level. The siphon tube is engaged with the floating body and is located above and below the siphon tube. Equipped with a slide mechanism to guide the displacement of When the raw water treatment storage tank is moved up and down, the siphon pipe is moved up and down to regulate the outflow amount of the treated raw water to a constant level, and when the water level exceeds the maximum storage water level to reach the wash water level, the discharge valve is The rainwater purification treatment tank is characterized in that the plug moves from a state in which the mud outlet is closed to a state in which the mud outlet is opened, and the accumulated mud is discharged from the mud outlet.

It is provided near the treatment chamber, and a multi-tiered inclined plate is provided in the precipitation treatment chamber for promoting the separation and precipitation of the sediment in rainwater. The bottom of the raw water treatment storage tank is formed in a hopper shape so that the sedimentary mud can be easily guided to the discharge port. The reason why the partition plate is provided near the precipitation treatment chamber is to smooth the flow of the raw treated water at the start of discharging the accumulated mud. Further, the multi-tiered inclined plates facilitate separation and sedimentation of the sediment, and the sediment is guided or dropped to the bottom of the tank.

The support arm 12 is coupled in the vicinity of the inflow port 30 that is immersed therein, and the floating body 15 is engaged with the support arm 12 via the rope 29. Due to the floating body 15, the siphon tube 8 moves up and down with the fluctuation of the water level. In order to guide the vertical movement, the siphon tube 8 is equipped with a slide mechanism 14 via a support rod 16. As the slide mechanism 14, for example, a vertical rod-shaped sliding metal fitting (not shown) fixed to a support rod 16 on the siphon tube 8 side, and a sliding metal fitting for contacting with and surrounding the sliding metal fitting are stored for rainwater treatment storage. Appropriate measures can be taken, such as fixing and installing in the tank 3. In addition, since rolling of rollers etc. can be substituted for the sliding surface,
In the present invention, the slide mechanism is used to include such a case. The other end of the siphon pipe 8 is an outflow pipe portion 20 of the siphon pipe 8. Due to the siphon principle, the siphon tube 8 filters a fixed amount of treated raw water, which is determined by the cross-sectional area of the siphon tube 8 and the constant water level difference between the water surface and the tip of the outlet 18, regardless of fluctuations in the water level. 4 can be sent.

Is moved to the open state, and the accumulated mud is discharged from the mud discharge port 17 to the mud discharge pipe 19. When the floating body 15 reaches the minimum storage water level,
This is detected by the vertical movement position of the siphon tube 8 using a sensor, the valve provided in the vicinity of the outlet 18 of the siphon tube 8 is closed, and the siphon tube 8 waits in a state where the siphon tube 8 is filled with water. As the water level rises, the valve may be opened to immediately restart the feed of the treated raw water to the filtration tank 4.
In FIG. 1, the amount of water between the maximum storage water level and the maximum storage water level is the amount of water to be purified, and the discharge valve 7 is used at the cleaning water level.
Is fully opened and used as a water head to effectively discharge the accumulated mud. The precipitation treatment tank 1 is provided with a plurality of inclined plates 21.

ことを特徴とする雨水の浄化処理槽。2. A raw water treatment storage tank comprising a settling treatment chamber for separating and precipitating the sediment of the collected rainwater and a storage chamber for storing the treated raw water, and the treated raw water discharged from the raw water treatment storage tank. It comprises a filtration tank for filtration treatment, and the precipitation treatment chamber and the storage chamber are separated by a partition plate, and an opening is provided between the lower end of the partition plate and the bottom of the raw water treatment storage tank.
A discharge valve for discharging accumulated mud is provided at the bottom of the raw water treatment storage tank, and a siphon pipe is provided in the raw water treatment storage tank for allowing treated raw water to flow out to the filtration tank and adjusting the outflow amount to a constant level. Is a tubular guide plate and a plug body that is engaged with the floating body and guided in the guide plate and reciprocates depending on the vertical direction of the water level. The siphon tube is engaged with the floating body and is located above and below the siphon tube. A slide mechanism for guiding the displacement is provided, and the outflow amount of the treated raw water is adjusted to be constant by moving the siphon pipe up and down according to the fluctuation of the water level of the raw water treatment storage tank.
When the water level exceeds the maximum storage water level and reaches the wash water level,
The rainwater purification treatment tank is characterized in that the discharge valve moves from a state in which the plug has closed the mud discharge port to a state in which the mud discharge port is opened, and discharges the accumulated mud from the mud discharge port.
