Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 建築においてコンクリートを打設する際、従
来の型枠合板のようにコンクリートが固まってから取り
外す手間をなくした、一体成形パネルを目的とする。 【構成】 セメントでつくったコンクリート打設用パネ
ルの内側に突起を設け、さらにこの突起に凹凸状にくび
れた部分を設けることにより、コンクリートを打設した
場合この突起部がコンクリートの中に埋め込まれ強固に
固着する。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、建築においてコンクリートを打設する際の型枠パネルに関するも のである。 従来の型枠パネルは、予め合板や金属板などのパネルをスペーサーにて一定の 間隔に保持し、この中に鉄筋を入れ、コンクリートを流し込み、コンクリートが 固まってから、このパネルを取り外した。しかしながら、これは取り外しの手間 がかゝるなどの不便があった。 この考案は、このような欠点をなくするために考えたもので、以下その構造を 図面とともに説明する。 コンクリート打設用パネル（１）の内側に突起（２）を設け、さらに突起（２） に凹凸状にくびれた部分（３）を設けることにより、コンクリートを打設した場 合この突起部がコンクリートの中に埋め込まれ、強固に固着する。そして、この パネルを取り外す必要がなくなるため欠点は解決する。 以下、実施例について説明する。 イ） セメントでつくったパネル（１）の内側に突起（２）をつけ、スペーサー で所定の間隔にする。 ロ） 通常この中に鉄筋を配筋する。 ハ） コンクリート（５）を流し込み打設する。 ニ） コンクリートが固まったら、パネル（１）はコンクリートの表面に固着し 取り外す必要がなくなる。 以上が本考案の一実施例である。 本考案は、コンクリート打設後パネルを取り外す必要がないので工事の手間が 省け便利となる。
