In the dissimilar metal composite plate, in order to improve the affinity between the intermediate lead plate and the dissimilar metal plates on both sides, two layers of wet electroplating are formed on each metal plate as described above. In addition, the second layer is lead-based plating. In order to form the first plating layer and the second plating layer as described above, it is apt to be insufficient to secure the interfacial adhesion between the first plating layer and the second plating layer and between the second plating layer and the lead plate. Therefore, poor adhesion tends to occur in severe forming work that greatly deforms a dissimilar metal composite plate or use in a harsh environment, and long-term durability tends to be insufficient. That is, the nickel-based plating of the first layer is performed to secure the adhesion between the lead-based plated layer of the second layer and the steel plate base material of the surface material. At that time, if the surface is dried after the nickel-based plating, nickel is plated. The surface of the layer is slightly oxidized,
There is a problem that the interfacial adhesion with the second lead-based plating layer is adversely affected.

Therefore, it is desirable that the first layer and the second layer be continuously plated on the same line. Figure 3
(A) shows a continuous plating line in which the first layer is a nickel-based electroplating layer and the second layer is a lead-based electroplating layer. In such a plating line, for example, a stainless steel plate is used for a payoff reel. Continuously supplying from such a supply means 4a, degreasing a → washing b → electrolytic pickling c → washing d → nickel plating e → washing f → lead plating → washing j → hot bath → air blast (nu) → Drying → Winding is performed. Then, the coil is exchanged with the copper plate in a batch system, and the first layer is a nickel-based electroplating layer and the second layer is a lead-based electroplating layer in the same process as described above. In this way, the lead plate 1 is inserted between the first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3 that have been subjected to the two-layer plating, and the roll compression bonding is performed. FIG. 3B shows a clad (rolling and pressure bonding) step, which includes three metal plates 1a,
2a and 3a are cold-rolled by the rolling mill 17a, cut in the lengthwise direction by the shirring 20, and cut in the widthwise direction by the slitter 21, and wound on the winding roll 22. is there. by the way,
This method leaves a problem in securing the adhesion between the lead-based plating layer and the lead plate when the lead-plate is used as the intermediate layer for rolling and pressure bonding of the dissimilar metal plates that have been double-layer plated in the continuous plating facility. That is, the surface of the lead-based plating layer is covered with a thin oxide film during storage until rolling, and this oxide film adversely affects the adhesion.

To avoid this, rolling and pressure bonding may be performed immediately after the lead-based plating. However, since two types of metal plates are plated as two layers as a pretreatment, the state immediately after plating is applied to any surface material. It is necessary to have two lines of wet two-layer continuous plating equipment in order to press-bond with the lead plate, and it will be a huge amount of equipment to realize this in factory equipment, which is practically impossible. Therefore, for at least one of the two metal plates, surface oxidation is inevitable during storage after lead-based plating and before pressure bonding. by the way,
In order to avoid the adverse effect of a thin oxide film, the oxide film may be completely removed by mechanical polishing immediately before pressure bonding, but since the lead-based plating layer is a thin plating layer provided by electroplating, the oxide film on the very surface is very thin. It is practically impossible to remove only. For this reason, it is very difficult to secure complete adhesion between the lead-based electroplating layer and the lead plate, and the adhesion that would otherwise be obtained at the interface of the lead-based plating layer and the lead plate, which has a high affinity, must be sacrificed to some extent. This is a problem when the application requires high-strength adhesion during molding. Alternatively, durability may be a concern when exposed to a harsh environment (for example, a roof of a marine structure or a beach structure) for a long period of time.

The next problem is that when the product is used as it is, the appearance is important as a commercial value, but it is difficult to secure a beautiful appearance. That is, even if a preventive measure such as an edge mask is applied during the wet plating of the first layer and the second layer, current leakage to the opposite surface is inevitable, and it is actually very difficult to perform single-side plating by wet plating. It is a thing. Even if it becomes possible, as a result of immersing the non-plated surface side in the acidic plating solution, the beautiful appearance of the metal is impaired.

Further, the manufacturing apparatus has the following problems. As mentioned above, continuous double-layer plating requires degreasing, washing with water, pickling, washing with water, nickel-based electroplating, washing with water, lead-based electroplating, washing with water, and drying. It becomes. Then, the two types of metal plates obtained by such plating means are pressure-bonded by different rolling equipment, and as described above, it is also necessary to take measures to prevent oxidation in the storage state.

Further, degreasing and pickling as a pretreatment for wet plating and sufficient water washing as a posttreatment are required as a matter of course, which increases the utility cost. Moreover, not only nickel-based plating solutions, but especially lead-based plating solutions wastewater treatment facilities are large in size, and treatment costs are inevitably high.
In addition, the pickling solution must be changed according to the type of metal plate, and in addition, this pickling waste liquid contains harmful heavy metal ions eluted from the pickled metal plate. The pH of the solution itself is lower than that of the plating solution, and wastewater treatment is more difficult than that of the plating solution.

In the first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3 of different kinds arranged on both sides of the lead plate 1, hot-dip lead-tin alloy is hot-dipped on the roll-pressing surface facing the lead plate 1 of the intermediate layer, The first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3 are rolled and pressure bonded to the lead plate 1 of the intermediate layer to obtain a dissimilar metal composite plate. In such a case, since the hot-dip lead-tin alloy is hot-dipped, it is easy to obtain a sufficient thickness of the plating layer as compared with the electroplating means, and the rolling pressure bonding strength to the lead plate 1 of the intermediate layer is sufficiently increased. . Therefore, it is remarkably excellent in moldability and durability, can withstand use even in a harsh environment, and enhances the commercial value of the dissimilar metal composite plate. And in that equipment, it is possible to avoid the lengthy electroplating equipment for forming an electroplating layer in two layers as in the past, and to perform hot dipping of molten lead-tin alloy. The lead-based plating can be performed with simple equipment, and the equipment can be greatly simplified compared to the electroplating equipment to provide a simple continuous production equipment, which brings great advantages to factory equipment.

A material which was washed by immersion in 45% sodium orthosilicate while being brushed at 45 ° C. was used in the case of SUS304 as a flux (chlorine content 30%, inorganic water-soluble hydrochloric acid system with pH 0.8), and in the case of pure copper. Was coated with a flux (chlorine content: 0.3%, inorganic water-soluble, pH 2.0) on one side by brushing. After application, the surface temperature is about 300
It was preheated to about ℃. By this operation, the activity of the flux is enhanced and the excess diluent is removed. Immediately after preheating, solder plating a was applied to only one surface in a Sn63% -Pb37% solder bath (temperature: 250 ° C).
The composition ratio of lead-tin does not have to be specified. If the composition of lead is too high, the brittleness of the plating layer will increase, so caution and confirmation are required. On the other hand, the higher the tin ratio, the higher the cost. The higher the ratio of lead is, the more advantageous the affinity of the intermediate material with the lead plate 1 is. Therefore, the above general composition is sufficient even in consideration of strength, brittleness and the like. Then, in order to apply the hot-dip only on one side, the molten solder is blown out from the lower part of the solder bath with the blowing nozzle, so that the bath surface flows and rises and convects. Contact and plate. The plating amount was about 50 g / m 2 (about 7 μm in terms of thickness). The purpose of plating is the first and second
It is not necessary to be too thick because the purpose is to completely cover the base metal of the metal plates 2 and 3 to enhance the affinity with the lead plate 1 and modify it, but considering the unevenness of the base, the uniformity of plating, etc. 5,
A thickness of -10 μm is suitable. Immediately after plating, the surface is washed with warm water. This is because if a small amount of the strongly acidic flux liquid remains, the adhesion will be adversely affected. In particular, the strong acid corrodes the interface during long-term use, which may cause a peeling accident of the composite material. Therefore, the composite material is thoroughly washed and then dried. The technique of the present invention is characterized in that the oxide film on the surface of the metal plate is removed by a strong flux, and an intermetallic compound is formed between the base metal and the molten lead-tin plating layer during hot dipping.

On the other hand, the two-stage cold rolling mill 17 (roll diameter 12
0 mm, width 1000 mm), the lead plates 1 are inserted between the SUS plate and the pure copper plate, each of which is plated on one side with lead-tin, and three of them are simultaneously inserted into the rolling mill 17. It suffices that the rolling mill 17 has an output capable of rolling only the intermediate lead plate 1, and a rolling mill having three or more stages does not cause any problem. In the technique of the present invention, the insertion side insertion angle of a softer and thinner metal plate is set to be as large as possible with respect to the horizontal direction, and the lead plate 1 is inserted in the insertion side in a floating state without contacting the front and back metal plates. You should do it. In rolling, only the intermediate lead plate 1 is rolled, and the new surface of lead of the lead plate 1 exposed on the surface by rolling faces different metals (however, the surface is the same kind of lead-tin plating layer). It functions as a binder. Since the lead plate 1 which is thinned by rolling remains behind the first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3 on the front and back sides in the rolling direction, the lead plate 1 and the first metal plate 2 and If the second metal plate 3 overlaps on the entry side, the lead plate 1 will not escape easily, so it is better to float the lead plate 1 in the space and supply it to the interface with the brake applied from the rear. When expressed by the rolling rate of only the lead plate 1 [(lead side lead plate thickness-lead side lead plate thickness) / lead side lead plate thickness x 100%], it may be 30% or more and 95% or less. If the rolling ratio exceeds 95%, the lead plate 1 will be torn off, and a part where the lead plate 1 does not exist in the middle, that is, a part having a weak adhesive force will occur. If the rolling rate is less than 30%, the newly formed surface of the lead plate 1 cannot be exposed, and the adhesive force is reduced as a whole.

Although the appropriate range of the rolling ratio is expected to vary depending on the rolling force, the diameter of the rolling roll, the rolling speed, etc., the lead plate 1 itself is a softer material than SUS and Cu. The feature of the technique of the present invention is that Cu is hardly rolled and sufficient adhesion is ensured under the condition that only the lead plate 1 is apparently extended. It was confirmed that the SUS-Cu composite metal plate rolled and pressure-bonded under such conditions had sufficient practicality.

In the technique of the present invention, the first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3 are two kinds of different metal plates.
Degreasing, hot-dip lead-tin alloy hot-dip plating, intermediate lead plate 1
It is, of course, possible to carry out rolling and pressure bonding with and by discontinuously using separate equipment. However, two types of metal plates having nickel-based electroplating on the first layer and lead-based electroplating on the second layer can be used. A dissimilar metal plate manufactured by inserting a lead plate in the middle and rolling and press-bonding (Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 3-82529 and 4-892).
39), the formation of the lead-based coating is greatly simplified in the hot dip-plating process of the molten lead-tin alloy, so that all the steps can be made continuous. To find out. The structure illustrated in FIG. 1 is, of course, only one example, and shows that the plating and rolling / press bonding steps can be performed by one-step continuous equipment. As shown in FIG. 1, three kinds of metal plate supply means,
That is, the first supply means 4 for the first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3
The second supply means 6 and the lead plate supply means 8 for the lead plate 1 are provided. Specifically, payoff reels 10a, 10b,
10c is used. Then, for example, the first metal plate 2 is a stainless steel plate as described above, and the second metal plate 3 is a copper plate, which are supplied at a speed of several meters per minute. Since the lead plate 1 supplied from the pay-off reel 10c is rolled and thinned, the supply speed on the entry side is naturally lower than that of the first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3. The stainless steel plate and the copper plate are first immersed in the degreasing tanks 11a and 11b to remove dust and adhered oil. Then, after being washed with warm water in the washing tanks 12a and 12b and dried, suitable fluxes are applied in the flux tanks 13a and 13b, respectively, and the preheating portions 14a and 14b are applied.
It is heated to about 300 ° C. in b. Immediately, hot-dip lead-tin alloy plating is performed on only one surface in the lead-tin alloy baths 15a and 15b maintained at about 250 ° C. A stainless steel plate or a copper plate having only one surface plated with molten lead-tin alloy is cold-rolled by a deflector roll 16a, 16b, respectively.
Guided to the entry side of 7. On the other hand, the lead plate 1 serving as the intermediate layer is guided from the payoff reel 10c through the deflector roll 16c at a lower speed than the supply speed of the stainless steel plate or the copper plate.
In the middle of 6c, the oxide film on both sides is removed by, for example, a Scotch bright roll 18 to activate. These three types of metal plates 2, 3, 1 are assembled immediately before the cold rolling mill 17 and rolled and pressure-bonded with a rolling force such that only the lead plate 1 is rolled by 30 to 95%, and then the metal plate is rolled out. It is wound around the side tension roll 19.

As described above, in the first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3 of different kinds arranged on both sides of the lead plate 1, the molten lead-tin alloy is applied to the rolling press-bonding surface facing the lead plate 1 of the intermediate layer. The first metal plate 2 and the second metal plate 3 are subjected to hot dip plating, and the lead plate 1 of the intermediate layer is rolled and pressure-bonded to obtain a dissimilar metal composite plate.
In this case, the thickness of the plating layer can be easily set to a sufficient level because the hot-dip lead-tin alloy is hot-dipped.
To sufficiently increase the rolling compression strength. Therefore, the molding processability and durability are remarkably excellent, and it is possible to sufficiently withstand use in a harsh environment, and the commercial value of the dissimilar metal composite plate A is increased. And, in that equipment, it is possible to avoid the long electroplating equipment for forming an electroplating layer in two layers as in the prior art, and to use means for hot dipping a molten lead-tin alloy, as compared with electroplating equipment. The equipment can be greatly simplified into a simple continuous production equipment, which brings great advantages to factory equipment. Then, the metal plates 2 and 3 obtained by hot-dip-plating the molten lead-tin alloy on the lead plate 1 are rolled and pressure-bonded, and the affinity is high, and because of the lead-based rolling, it can be sufficiently rolled even if the rolling load is small. It is possible to perform pressure bonding, increase the adhesion, and reduce the rolling load. As a result, a wide range of dissimilar metal composite plates can be continuously produced and the equipment can be simplified.

As described above, the present invention is provided with the first
A first hot dip plating means for hot dip plating a molten lead-tin alloy on one side of a metal plate, a second hot dip plating means for hot dipping a molten lead-tin alloy on one side of a supplied second metal plate, and a lead plate. The lead plate supply means for continuously supplying is opposed to the first metal plate and the second metal plate, each having one surface thereof hot-dipped with the hot-melted lead-tin alloy, facing the first metal plate and the second metal plate. Since the lead plate is inserted between the metal plates and the pressure bonding means for rolling and pressure bonding is provided, in the different first metal plate and second metal plate arranged on both sides of the lead plate, the lead plate of the intermediate layer is opposed. Hot-dip tin-alloy alloy is hot-dipped on the rolled pressure-bonded surface and the first metal plate and the second metal plate are rolled and pressure-bonded to the lead plate of the intermediate layer to obtain a dissimilar metal composite plate. Since the lead-tin alloy is hot-dip plated, the thickness of the plating layer can be sufficient. It is possible to sufficiently increase the rolling pressure bonding strength to the lead plate of the above, and therefore, it is remarkably excellent in molding processability and durability, and it can withstand use in harsh environments. While the equipment can be increased, it is possible to avoid the lengthy electroplating equipment for forming an electroplating layer in two layers as in the conventional equipment, and a means for hot dipping molten lead-tin alloy is sufficient. Compared with electroplating equipment, the equipment can perform lead-based plating on only one side with simple equipment, and the equipment can be greatly simplified, making it a simple continuous production equipment, which brings great advantages to factory equipment. is there.

Moreover, since the metal plate plated with the molten lead-tin alloy is roll-pressed onto the lead plate, the affinity is high, and because of the lead-based rolling, the roll-pressing can be sufficiently performed even if the roll-pressing load is small. In addition, it is possible to increase the adhesive force and reduce the rolling pressure bonding load, and as a result, there is an advantage that a wide range of dissimilar metal composite plates can be continuously produced and the equipment can be simplified.
