る板状リング(1)間の所定間隔の多数の溝部(3)に
嵌合し得る幅の板状のリングの外周に凹凸の歯部cを有
する各歯付リング(5)の間に、ライナー(6)を介在
させて積層して形成した第二のロール(7)とを用意
し、 この第二のロール(7)の各歯付リング(5)を、前記
第一のロール(4)の各板状リング(1)間に形成され
た多数の溝部(3)に嵌合させ、この嵌合部に有孔シー
ト部材(8)を介在させて前記第一および第二のロール
(4,7)を回転させ、前記有孔シート部材(8)に多
数の連続凹凸部を形成するとともに、前記第一のロール
(4)を形成する板状リング(1)の切刃bと前記第二
のロール(7)を形成する歯付リング(5)の歯部cと
を接触させることによって、前記有孔シート部材(8)
に多数のスリットを形成するようにしたことを特徴とす
る有孔シートの製造方法。
