とができた。 (イ) 本発明によるスラグストッパーの作用がきわめて効
果的であるので、混銑車から溶銑鍋へのスラグ流出量を
従来の10〜20%にまで低減することができた。 (ロ) 昇降ポスト全体を180度旋回することにより、隣
接する2台の混銑車の溶銑払出しを順次実施することが
でき、溶銑払出し作業の能率が飛躍的に向上した。 (ハ) (イ)により溶銑鍋の除滓作業が不要となったので、
作業者の負荷軽減とともに溶銑歩留を向上することがで
きた。 (ニ) 除滓作業が不要となり、溶銑払出しの時間が短縮さ
れたので、溶銑の温度降下が2〜5℃低減した。 (ホ) 混銑車からの流出スラグ量が著しく低減したので、
溶銑鍋のスラグライン耐火物の溶損が少なくなり、耐火
物原単位を2〜5%低減することができた。 (ヘ) 従来の溶銑鍋の除滓時の発塵がなくなったので、作
業環境が改善されたほか、集塵機能力に余裕を生じた。 (ト) 流出スラグによる復りん、復硫がないので、転炉で
消費する副原料原単位を低減できた。 (チ) 流出スラグが著しく少ないため、転炉へ装入する溶
銑重量が正確に把握できるので、転炉吹錬計算の初期値
の精度向上が可能となり、結果として副原料の原単位を
低減できた。 (リ) 本発明によるスラグストッパーは構造が簡単である
が、作用、効果がきわめて大であり、昇降ポストに僅か
な押圧力を与えるだけで、混銑車の傾動に追従して作用
するので作業者の負荷は小さく増員の要がない。
