た。(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, this type of container was formed of a flexible sheet such as tarpaulin so that it can be folded when not needed. The original shape (square shape) of the container may collapse due to the load during loading, resulting in a cylindrical or spherical shape, which may reduce the loading efficiency of the container. Therefore, a diaphragm member with a through hole should be spanned between the inner surfaces of the adjacent side walls of the container body. Forming a void with a substantially triangular cross section in the inner corner of the container body, and the diaphragm member receives the pressure acting in the horizontal direction due to the load of the powder and granules and the load when the container is loaded, and the diaphragm member The shape of the container is maintained in its original shape by distributing the powder particles through the through holes into the voids formed by The diaphragm member placed inside the conventional container described above is a diaphragm member that is made by weaving base fabric material woven with synthetic fibers or the like with two synthetic resin sheets pressed against each other. A desired number of holes are formed in the main body by means such as punching, and the holes are used as they are for the passage of powder or granules.
No post-treatment was applied to the inner peripheral surface of the through hole.

There is a risk that impurities such as the thread will be unraveled when it passes through, and it will be mixed into the powder and granules filled in the container, which is particularly troublesome for the filling such as foods such as soybeans and sesame. Since it was not favorable, there was plenty of room for improvement.

A flexible rectangular container having a diaphragm member that is fixedly attached, and since the synthetic resin sheet is located on the inner peripheral edge surface of the through hole, lint, etc. of the base cloth material will not be contained in the powder particles filled in the container. There is no risk of mixing, and it is very useful to provide pure powder that is not mixed with impurities, and it is also very useful.Furthermore, the peripheral part that is folded and fixed to the surface of the diaphragm member main body around the through hole. Since it is reinforced as a double layer, the strength is improved and the elongation is improved even if the pressure acting in the horizontal direction (the force to spread in the horizontal direction) is applied around the through hole due to the load of the powder and granules and the load when loading the container. The rate is held down The pressure is reduced As a result, the edge of the through hole is less damaged, resulting in a container with a long product life, which is of great practical value. Further, in the present invention, the post-treatment of the inner peripheral edge surface of the hole can be achieved without using a separate member, so that the cost is low.
