[Embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Prior to that, the conventional method will be described. FIG. 1 is a processed plan view of a paperboard 1 made of a known paper container material. This material is punched by being sandwiched between the steel rule die or die 23 and the counter plate or face plate 31 of the punching machine shown in FIG. The portion to be processed corresponding to the cutting edge 233 is the cutting line 12.
The folding line 13 has a hinge corresponding to the folding line blade 232 and the female die 32. FIG. 2 shows A of FIG.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a cross-sectional side view of a punching machine for punching the board 1 of the line B. When the paperboard 1 is punched out, it is separated into a punching scrap 11 and a product blank 14 by a cutting line 12. However, even if suddenly punched out without preparation for unevenness removal work, it cannot be completely punched out. That is, the mechanical precision of the punching machine is not completely flat, and the height of the cutting edge 233 is not constant due to the bending process of the cutting edge 233. Then, test punching is performed, and the chamfering tape 34 is affixed to the corresponding portion of the chamfering paper 33 corresponding to the incomplete cutting line 122 by checking the gap between the cutting lines 12. The chamfered paper 33 is inserted between the face plate 31 fixed to the lower surface plate 35 and the lower surface plate 35. As a result, the incomplete cutting line 1 rises from the back surface of the face plate 31 having a thickness of 4 mm to 5 mm by the thickness of the chamfering tape 34.
22 can be cut completely. The chamfering tape 34 has a thickness of 0.05 mm to 0.2 mm and is attached and adjusted according to the degree of the incomplete cutting line 122. This work is called unevenness removing work, chamfering work, or high and low cutting work. Although it is easy for a simple figure, if it becomes a complicated figure, test punching, removing the face plate 31 fixed to the lower surface plate with screws (not shown), and attaching the chamfering tape 34 are repeated. In the extreme case, in the case of complicated figures, chamfering work may take more time than punching work. After the first punching work is completed, the chamfered paper 33 is removed and stored, so that the chamfered paper 33 can be used as it is for the next punching work of the order without chamfering work. However, if the punching machine is different, chamfering work must be performed. Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-56848 has been proposed to reduce these operations. This is because the bottom of the cutting blade 233 of the punch 23 is not flat as shown in FIG. 2 but sharp like a cutting edge, and blank punching is performed for about 1 minute. The idea is to hit the plate and deform the blade bottom to eliminate chamfering work. This is a method that uses a special cutting edge.
In addition to this, European Patent Application No. 17179 using a radiation-curing resin plate has been proposed as a method for finishing the chamfering work of particularly complicated figures in a short time. However, since these proposals use special materials, they are expensive and not economical. The present invention permanently eliminates the chamfered paper 33 itself by installing a simple material in the punching machine,
It also proposes an apparatus that does not require a special die 23. FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the present invention in which urethane rubber is installed instead of the chamfered paper 33. The urethane rubber sheet 36 of the present invention has a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. It suffices to fix the rubber sheet 36 between the lower platen 35 of the ordinary flat plate punching machine and the face plate 31 with scissors screws (not shown). This rubber sheet 35 is permanently fixed. As for capital investment, one of the rubber sheets 36
Only one. The inventor himself invented this idea,
As a result of the implementation, I was surprised at the unexpected effect. Although the background of this effect and theoretical support by the constituent elements of this implementation order are unknown to the present inventor, it can be considered as follows.
Only the rubber sheet 36 of the present invention has elasticity, and the punching work pressure (50 to 120 tons) of up and down hits the paperboard 1 and the cutting edge of the cutting blade 233 bites into the paperboard 1 and the cutting edge is part of the face plate. When it hits, the rubber sheet 36 of the present invention under the face plate of that portion starts compression and the blade edge further descends, and it is considered that there is an action to help cut the portion which has not been cut yet. . As a proof of this, the present inventor first found that when the flat plate punching machine was punched with the relative distance between the cutting edge and the face plate being long, there was a part where the punching was not performed, but about 0.3 mm more When the relative distance of was shortened, it completely penetrated.
If it was raised by 0.3 mm, the blade edge of the part that had been punched out in the past would be scratched and lowered, but it was not scratched. It is considered that the rubber sheet 36 of the present invention was compressed to prevent damage to the cutting edge, and restored to the original state when the pressure was released. In any case, the conventional punching technology is chamfered paper 33.
The punching work is carried out by making an effort to make the relative distance between the cutting edge 233 and the face plate uniform without any adjustment, that is, by preparing for the chamfering work by adjusting the. That is, the punching work is performed after the relative distance between the cutting edge 233 and the face plate is made uniform in a static state without limit. Japanese Patent Publication No. 1-56
The same applies to 848 and European patent application 17179. According to the present invention, in the dynamic state by the action of the rubber sheet 36, the relative distance between the cutting edge 233 and the face plate is infinite when the cutting edge 233 completely punches the cutting line 12. Is. That is, it may be said that the chamfering work is performed every time during the punching work. The rubber sheet 36 of the present invention is urethane rubber, but is not necessarily limited to urethane, and any material that can be compressed and restored by punching pressure may be used. The thickness of the rubber sheet 36 is not limited to 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm. The point is that the thickness is such that it can be compressed and restored until it is completely punched by the punching pressure. In FIG. 3 of this embodiment, the face plate 31 and the lower platen 35 are shown.
Although the rubber sheet 36 is installed between the two, it is not limited to this. The same effect could be obtained by installing it between the back metal plate of the chase 22 shown in FIG. 2 and the upper surface plate 21. It was also effective to install it between the back metal plate of the chase 22 and the die 23. The flat plate punching machine used in the present invention may be one that automatically feeds the paperboard 1 or one that manually feeds the sheets one by one.
Depending on the type of machine, the upper platen 21 is fixed and the lower platen 35 is vertically moved, but the invention is not limited to this. Upper surface plate 21 if paperboard 1 is supplied manually
Is generally installed vertically, and the lower surface plate 35 is generally a Victoria type in which the lower surface plate 35 and the material come into contact with the material from the front side, but the present invention is not limited to this. The point is that the cutting edge 233 may relatively move so as to contact the face plate 31. Further, the material to be punched is not limited to the paperboard 1, and may be a plastic material such as corrugated cardboard or a PVC sheet in which the contents of recent fashion can be seen.

[Advantages of the Invention] (A) The present invention eliminates the chamfering operation itself. Increased productivity of punching work. (B) Consumables such as the chamfered paper 33 and the chamfered tape 34 are no longer required. Therefore, preservation is no longer necessary. No special blades or consumables made of special materials are required. (C) The noise that the cutting edge 233 hits the face plate 31 is reduced. The living room was on the second floor where the punching machine used for the experiment was installed, but the noise was reduced and night operation became possible. (D) The life of the cutting edge 233 doubled. Moreover, the scratches on the face plate 31 disappeared.
