(Prior Art) Decanters are suitable for treating a slurry containing a high concentration of solids for solid-liquid separation, and are therefore used in many fields such as chemical industry, food industry, and wastewater treatment. However, since the conventional decanter has the following problems, its use is considerably limited in fields such as food industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc. where contamination by impurities is tolerated. A conventional decanter cleaning method will be described with reference to the longitudinal sectional view of the decanter shown in FIG.
After the operation of the normal stock solution treatment is completed, the decanter is rotated while introducing the cleaning solution such as fresh water from the stock solution supply port 1, but the cleaning solution is subjected to the action of centrifugal force and is discharged from the solid matter discharge port 2 and the separated solution discharge port 3. Since the liquid is discharged to the outside of the machine, it moves to the outer diameter side in the rotating body and a liquid surface L indicated by a chain double-dashed line is formed. As a result, the outer surface of the screw conveyor shaft cannot contact the central part of the conveyor sufficiently with the cleaning liquid, and cleaning of this part is insufficient, and the undiluted liquid from the previous process remains and mixes into the product of the next process, resulting in contamination. Is causing

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and it is possible to improve the structure of the conventional decanter and attach a very simple member to the inside of the decanter. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method capable of completely cleaning the oil.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The first point of the present invention is to provide a rotating bowl (4).
In a decanter comprising a screw conveyor (5) that rotates coaxially with a slight speed difference and a stock solution supply pipe (6) inserted through an insertion hole (9) of an end plate (8) of a rotating bowl, A drain hole (10) is bored in the outermost diameter portion of the end plate (8) of the rotating bowl (4), and an insertion hole (9) and a stock solution supply pipe (6) are provided.
A decanter characterized in that a cleaning liquid flow path (13) is formed between the cleaning liquid flow path (13) and a cleaning liquid flow-out chamber (11) communicating with the cleaning liquid flow path (13) is provided at the end of the stock solution supply pipe (6). Secondly, plug the solid matter discharge port (2) and the separated liquid discharge port (3), and supply the cleaning liquid from the undiluted solution supply pipe (6) while rotating the rotating bowl (4) and the screw conveyor (5). A decanter cleaning method is characterized in that the cleaning liquid is discharged from the cleaning liquid discharge chamber (11).

That is, the present inventor pays attention to the gap between the insertion hole (9) of the end plate (8) of the rotating bowl (4) and the stock solution supply pipe (6), and enlarges the insertion hole so that the cleaning liquid can sufficiently flow. Alternatively, the diameter of the undiluted solution supply pipe (6) may be reduced to make the cleaning solution flow path (13)
Is formed. Then, the cleaning liquid flow path (1

A washing liquid extraction chamber (11) communicating with 3) is attached.
In the decanter having the above structure, the solid material discharge port (2) and the separated liquid discharge port (3) are closed by the plugs (2 ', 3'), respectively, and the cleaning liquid is supplied from the stock solution supply pipe (6) while slowly rotating. When supplied, the cleaning liquid fills the rotating bowl and eventually reaches the cleaning liquid flow path and flows out of the cleaning liquid discharge chamber (11). If the decanter is rotated in this state, the cleaning liquid is in contact with all parts in the decanter in a swirling state, so that the cleaning liquid is efficiently cleaned. The drain hole (10) plug (1
By removing 0 '), the cleaning liquid in the rotating bowl can be extracted.

(Examples) The contents of the present invention will be further described based on examples. FIG. 1 is a vertical sectional view of a decanter embodying the present invention. In the figure, 2'is a plug for the solid material discharge port 2, 3'is a plug for the separated liquid discharge port, 4 is a rotating bowl, and 5 is a screw conveyor which rotates at a slightly different speed from the rotating bowl. Reference numeral 6 is a stock solution supply pipe for introducing the stock solution to a plurality of distribution ports 7 provided in the central portion of the screw shaft 5, and is inserted and inserted through an insertion hole 9 provided in an end plate 8 of the rotating bowl. Ten,
Reference numeral 10 'denotes a drain hole and a plug formed in the outermost diameter portion of the end plate 8. Reference numeral 13 is a cleaning liquid flow path formed between the insertion hole 9 and the stock solution supply pipe 6, and 11 is a cleaning liquid extraction chamber attached to the end of the stock solution supply pipe 6 and communicating with the cleaning liquid flow path 13.
Reference numeral 12 is a cleaning liquid outlet.

(C) While rotating the rotary bowl 4 and the screw shaft 5 at a low speed, the cleaning liquid is supplied from the stock solution supply port 1. The cleaning liquid enters the rotary bowl 4 from the undiluted solution supply pipe 6 through the distribution port 7, but since the solid matter discharge port 2 and the separated liquid discharge port 3 are closed, the cleaning liquid is filled in the rotary bowl 4 before long. Insertion hole 9
And overflows from the cleaning liquid flow path 13 between the stock solution supply pipe 6 and the stock solution supply pipe 6, flows into the cleaning liquid extraction chamber 11, and is discharged from the cleaning liquid outlet 12 to the outside of the machine. As described above, the cleaning liquid introduced into the machine uniformly flows in the decanter spirally by the rotation of the rotating bowl and the screw shaft, so the cleaning effect is very high, and the circulation device 14 consisting of the decanter and the pump etc. If a circulation loop is formed and the cleaning solution is circulated, the cleaning is more effective and the cleaning solution can be saved.

(D) When the cleaning is completed, the supply of the cleaning liquid is stopped and the rotation of the decanter is stopped. Then, the drain plug 10 'is removed and the cleaning liquid in the machine is drained. When not operating for a long time after cleaning, it is safer to fill the inside of the machine with a sterilizing solution from the stock solution supply port 1 and store it in a sealed solution.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention having the configuration and operation described above, since all the parts in the decanter can be efficiently washed, the decanter can be widely applied to fields such as the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. Is extremely beneficial to the industry.
