【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、手動式の鋏に似て非な
る切断器に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】本発明者は、すでに皮むき器として実用
新案登録第１９７３４６５号（実公平２−３６４２７
号）を考案しており、この器具は栗の皮むきなどには効
果があったが、薄くかつ硬い材料を垂直方向のみならず
傾斜面方向に切断しなければならない場合には効果がな
かった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】そこで、本発明は前記
のような場合に、当該個所を所定の傾斜角度に１回で確
実かつきれいに切り取ることができる切断器を提供する
ことを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、適度に傾斜す
る一方の刀身部に切刃材を設け、適度に傾斜する他方の
刀身部に前記切刃材の刃先部が当接する段部を形成した
爼材を設けて成るものである。

【作用】いま本発明器を使用するために、例えば薄くて
硬いテープ状の材料を爼材の上面においた後、一方の柄
部を作動して一方の刀身部の切刃材を接近すると、切刃
材の傾斜面に成る刃先面がテープの端面部を傾斜面形状
に切り取って段部に当接して停止するようになる。

【実施例】１，２は枢軸部３で交叉して相対する刀身部
で、一方の刀身部１には切刃材４を取付ける。この切刃
材４は固定式でも、取替式でもよいが、実施例では刀身
部１に対し螺子５，５で取付ける取替式に成る。
【０００７】６は前記他方の刀身部２に嵌挿する合成樹
脂製又はアルミダイキャスト製などによる爼材で、この
爼材の前記切刃材４の切刃面が当接する部分には段部７
を形成する。
【０００８】８は前記段部７から上面部につづく傾斜面
である。
【０００９】９，９は前記爼材６を刃身部２に取付ける
螺子である。
【００１０】１０、１０は柄部で、この柄部の上端部間
には弾機１１を介装する。
【００１１】１２は前記柄部１０，１０の下端部に嵌挿
する工具材で、この工具材にはドライバー１３を設け
る。

【発明の効果】本発明の切断器は、従来存する鋏の作用
である剪断応力による切り込みではなく、包丁を爼板に
当てたときと同じ直接的な切断作用を行うものである。
【００１３】したがって、比較的薄くて厚さのある硬い
材料の側端部に対しこれを斜め方向にきれいに切断して
所定角度の傾斜面を形成することができるようになる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 適度に傾斜する一方の刀身部に切刃材を
    設け、適度に傾斜する他方の刀身部に前記切刃材の刃先
    部が当接する段部を形成した爼材を設けて成る切断器。
  2. 【請求項２】 相対する切刃材および爼材を着脱し得る
    ように設けて成る請求項１に記載した切断器。
