[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention relates to a free-running propeller device that effectively uses the wake of a thruster as a propulsive force by being rotationally driven by the wake of a screw thruster. More particularly, the present invention relates to a lubricating structure of a free-wheeling propeller device configured to supply lubricating oil to a bearing portion of a free-wheeling propeller shaft.

The idling propeller device is formed by integrally forming a idling propeller shaft 3 coaxially with a screw shaft of the propulsion device 1 on a cast ladder horn 2 attached to a rear position of a screw propulsion device 1 at the stern. The idle propeller 6 is supported by the bearings 4 and 5, and the wake generated by the screw 7 by the idle propeller 6 having a blade diameter larger than that of the screw 7 is effective as the propulsive force of the hull. I was trying to collect it. Further, in order to supply the lubricating oil to the bearings 4 and 5, a series of lubricating oil passages 8 for supplying the lubricating oil to the bearings 4 and 5 are formed in the rudder horn 2 and the idling propeller shaft 3 to form the bearings. The rotation performance of 4 and 5 was kept good. Note that this type of proposal includes the applicant's "idling propeller device" (Japanese Patent Application No. 62-155414).

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, forming a plurality of lubricating oil passages in a casting ladder horn by machining or casting as in the above proposal requires a lot of steps, so that a simple process is required. Therefore, it has been desired to propose a lubricating oil structure that can be connected to the lubricating oil passage of the idler propeller shaft.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention defines a hole for drawing a flexible lubricating oil pipe of a hull in a rudder horn and connects a free-moving propeller shaft. In the forehead of the rudder horn, a pipe line that opens from the hole to the connection end of the idler propeller shaft is formed, and in the idler propeller shaft, a lubricating oil passage that faces the pipe line and opens to the bearing portion of the shaft is formed. A seal panel is formed so as to be watertightly fitted to the inner wall of the hole so as to seal the pipe line, and the hole of the seal panel is formed on the hole side face of the seal panel and the pipe line side face on the opposite side. Connecting pipe to which the first pipe joint and the second pipe joint are attached so as to be able to communicate with each other through the pipe, and the second pipe joint is fitted in the pipe passage side end of the lubricating oil passage in an oiltight manner. Connect the bases of the first fitting The flexible lubricating oil pipe is connected to.
