Description
The present invention, for example, puts cement and sand kneaded with water in a mold, such as concrete bundles or stones for supporting floors in buildings such as wooden structures and prefabricated buildings. The present invention relates to a concrete molded product manufactured by solidifying by hardening.
As a floor structure of a wooden building, as shown in FIG. 10, a concrete flat slab 2'and a cylindrical bundle 3'are placed on a concrete foundation 1 in an overlapping manner. The support bolt 6 screwed with the lock nut 5 is screwed into the nut 4 embedded in the upper part of the bundle 3 ′, and the big pull tree 8 is supported by the support nut 7 screwed with the support bolt 5, and A floor board 9 is laid via a rafter 8 fixed to the floor. An anchor bolt 11 projecting downward is embedded in the bundle 3 ', and the anchor bolt 11 is screwed into a nut 12 embedded in the bundle 2', whereby the bundle 3'is bundled with the bundle 2 '. It is fixed at ′. However, since the conventional boulders 2'and the bunch 3'are composed entirely of ordinary concrete which is obtained by adding sand to cement, kneading it with water, and then hardening it, the weight is heavy. Not only is it difficult to handle, but there is also the problem that manufacturing costs increase because a large amount of cement and gravel must be used. The present invention is intended to reduce the weight of a concrete molded product such as a building stone or a bundle without lowering its strength and also reduce the manufacturing cost.
In order to achieve this object, the present invention is a concrete molded product in which cement and sand are kneaded with water and solidified in a mold, and inside of it, wood chips of an appropriate shape such as planks, sawdust, and scraps of wooden board materials are contained. It was made to mix.
According to this structure, since the specific gravity of wood chips is much smaller than that of cement and sand, the presence of wood chips can reduce the weight of the concrete molded product. Moreover, since the wood chips are kept in a non-deformable state in the concrete molded product, the strength of the concrete molded product will not be deteriorated by mixing the wood chips, and the small chips are buried in the concrete. Since it does not rot, it does not deteriorate in strength over time. Further, as wood chips, it is possible to use planer chips, sawdust, scraps of timber, etc. generated when processing various wooden products such as structural materials for wooden construction and wood interior materials, in other words, unnecessary materials as wood chips. Since it can be used, the material cost of wood chips can be unnecessary or significantly reduced, and this, combined with the reduction of the amount of cement and sand used, can reduce the manufacturing cost. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the weight of a concrete molded product such as a boulder or a bundle in a building without lowering the strength and to reduce the manufacturing cost. In addition, it can also contribute to the effective use of resources because it can use unnecessary materials that were previously incinerated.
Next, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a foundation stone of a building will be described with reference to the drawings (FIGS. 1 to 9). 1 to 5 show an example in which the stones 2 and 3 are applied to the stones 2 and 3 as an example of the foundation stone for construction, and the appearances of the stones 2 and 3 are the same as the conventional ones. The stones 2 are formed in a mirror-like shape and the bundles 3 are formed in a cylindrical shape, and inside thereof, an appropriate amount of planer chips 13 and sawdust 14, which are examples of wood chips, are mixed. The point that the nut 11 is embedded in the bundle 2 and the point that the nut 4 and the anchor bolt 10 are embedded in the bundle 2 are the same as in the conventional case. In this way, since the bundle 2 and the bundle stone 3 include the planer chips 13 and the sawdust 14 having a small specific gravity, the bundle 2 and the bundle stones 3 can be made lighter, and the chip waste 13 can be reduced. Plays a role of aggregate, and the fact that the canna scraps 13 and saw scraps 14 are wrapped in concrete and cannot be deformed makes it possible to prevent reduction in strength while being lightweight. Further, the canna scraps 13 and the silver scraps 14 are not exposed to the outside and do not rot, so that the strength can be permanently retained. Further, the amount of cement and sand used can be reduced, and the use of canna scraps 13 and saw scraps 14, which have been conventionally incinerated, can be used, and the manufacturing cost can be significantly reduced. As shown in FIG. 5, these boulders 2 and 3 are produced by mixing Portland cement with sand, canna chips 13 and saw chips 14 in an appropriate amount, kneading them with water, and then pouring them into a mold 15 to solidify them. To be done. The nut 12 is fixed to the inside of the mold 15 by a fixing bolt 16, and the fixing bolt 16 is extracted by solidifying concrete. In this manufacturing process, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), prior to kneading with cement, the canna debris 13 is soaked in water 17 or the canna debris 13 is sprinkled with water 17, so that the canna debris 13 (or Both the saw dust 13 and the saw dust 14) The saw dust 14 is wetted with water 17 to prevent or reduce the air remaining in the canner dust 13 and the saw dust 14 to reduce the density in the molded state. There is an advantage that it can be made higher and, as a result, strength can be improved. Further, oil 18 such as kerosene, various lubricating oils, and rapeseed oil may be applied to the inner surface of the form 15, and in this case, the outer surfaces of the formed slabs 2 and 3 are smoothed. There is an advantage that can be finished. It should be noted that, after pouring the cement into which the planer scrap 13 and the sawdust 14 are kneaded into the mold 15 and then applying vibration to the mold 15 or stirring the inside of the mold 15 with a vibrating rod, air bubbles are eliminated. You can In the above-mentioned embodiment, the planer scrap 13 and the saw scrap 14 are used as the wood chips, but as the wood chips, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when processing the wooden structural material or the interior material of the building, etc. You may use the generated scrap. That is, a cut piece 19a generated when a rafter 9 or a ceiling edge of a building in a building is processed with a square timber 19 or a cut piece 10a of a plank 20 generated when a floor board 10 is cut into an appropriate size. Alternatively, it is possible to use various kinds of scraps generated during the processing of wood, such as those obtained by cutting a scrap 21a of a thin plate 21 such as a veneer plate generated when processing a wall board or a ceiling board. Therefore, any material such as cedar, cypress, pine, lauan, rice shavings and plywood can be used as the material of the wood chips, and as is clear from the above description, the size of the wood chips is similar to that of sawdust. Various sizes from small to relatively large can be used in a mixed state. In FIG. 7, one bolt 11 is embedded in the bundle 3 in a state of protruding vertically. It is also possible to embed a bolt projecting upward without embedding the nut 12 in the bundle 2 and screw the nut embedded in the lower portion of the bundle 3 into this bolt. FIG. 8 shows an example applied to a foundation stone 23 used in a prefabricated simple building. In this example, a nut 24 embedded in the foundation stone 23 is provided with a plate-like portion 25a. 25 is screwed in so that the support 26 is fixed to the plate-like portion 25 s of the bolt 25 with a screw 27. A plurality of nuts 24 and bolts 25 may be provided so as to surround the outer surface of the column 26. Needless to say, the shapes of the boulders 2, the bundle 3, and the foundation stones 23 are not limited to the form of the embodiment, and may be other forms such as a prismatic shape. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the present invention can be applied not only to basic building products but also to other concrete molded products.
