ている。又段ボール製のカートンは、強靱なものといえ
ども限度があり、積み重ね輸送中に破損しやすく、輸送
が終る度毎に処分される使い捨てタイプであって、前記
基枠と同様、一回の輸送コストが高くついてしまう。そ
こで本発明者は、実開平5−42137号公報に記載の
如く、基板の底面にフォーク差し込み用のスペースを備
えたパレットと、そのパレット上に組み付けられる直方
体形状のカートンと、そのカートン内へ密着し、互いに
適宜間隔を保って並行に配置する補強枠とで構成される
パレットボックスを提案した。その構造を図5に示す
と、補強枠は、カートンの高さ及び幅の各内法に相当す
る長さの長尺板を両方形に組み合わせた複数の矩形支持
枠6,6・・ のみで構成され、カートン5内へ、長手
方向に対して直交配置し、そのカートン5の底板ととも
にパレット1の基板2へ固定するものである。
